43. I hope that such a day can last a lifetime(2/2)
He prepared her pajamas and put hot water in the bathtub before he carried her into the bathroom. Before taking off her clothes, she struggled to wake up and held his uneasy hand.
"Do it yourself?" He noticed her movements, put her down obediently, and gently reminded him, "Don't fall asleep, do you know?"
She had already awakened a lot, and nodded like a chicken pecking at rice. After he got out, she took off her clothes and crawled into the bathtub, soaking her whole body in hot water. She sighed comfortably.
The result of this comfort is falling asleep in the bathtub.
When she woke up leisurely, she saw a pair of hands holding a bath towel to wipe herself. She was confused. She knew it was him, so she subconsciously spread her arms and wrapped them over, leaning against his shoulder and rubbing happily.
"Didn't you say don't fall asleep?" he said in a deep voice, his hands keeping moving, "If I hadn't come in, you'd be still inside because the water was cold, would you want to get sick?"
She closed her eyes and didn't want to speak.
He put his pajamas on her, stuffed them into the warm quilt, and then dried her hair before turning around and entering the bathroom by himself.
When she came out, she had already fallen asleep, her little hand was squeezing against the edge of the quilt, and her breathing was rising and falling.
He didn't dare to use a hair dryer, so he wiped his hair dry with a towel, then went to bed, and carefully hugged her in his arms.
