Chapter 1: The New Students (1)
A large ship was moored in the port of Gotland. The cabin was filled with people, and the place that was supposed to be the cargo cabin was now full of pigs for some reason. All day and night, the boat was either human voice or pig voice.
"It's so stinking, so noisy! I've long wanted to scold me. What do you want to carry so many pigs on a manned boat? Which idiot's cargo is this?"
A young nobleman from the Almani Federation could not stand such torture, and finally pinched his nose and cursed unbearably.
A nobleman who was walking together heard the complaint and hurriedly reminded him, "Speak quietly, you can't say anything nonsense. I heard that these pigs were all goods ordered by the King of Sweden. If Swedish soldiers heard it and came up to interrogate us, we would all suffer!"
"Then you can't pretend to be a pig with us, right? I really don't understand what my father is thinking! OK, I have to send me to school in this pirate kingdom, and I can also load me on this pig ship!"
"Hold on it." The noble companion comforted, "You don't know that all the ships heading to Sweden are filled with pigs without exception. Our ship is already empty."
"I endured it all during the voyage! But even though I had been in the port for more than a month, these damn pirates have not allowed us to get off the boat. Do you want me to spend the rest of my life with these pigs? Look at this group of passengers, except us, they are all inferior untouchables, and they smell like pigs! The Pirate Kingdom, a place where pigs and farmers live, my father actually wants to live with me for several years!"
His voice was so loud that it disturbed the other passengers at the gambling table. A middle-aged man with beard put down his chips, raised his head, and looked at the furious Almani nobleman with a rather mocking voice: "Hey, boy, who else do you want to live with? If you are not satisfied, I suggest you jump off the boat and go home. Just so happens that we can have an extra space."
"Who are you? You dare to sit and talk to me?" The nobleman stared at the middle-aged man, "I am the son of Count Songdegao!"
Another passenger at the gambling table laughed out loud: "What kind of earl's son is here to avoid the Black Death in the name of school? In other words, he is just a refugee who came to escape from the refugee. How could he have such a big style!"
"Bastard!" the nobles cursed, "take these two rude people down!"
After the nobleman ordered this, his two guards immediately drew their swords. To put them in Almani, this action alone was enough to make people from a street run around. But who knew that the passengers were not afraid, but stood up one after another and stared at the nobleman in front of him.
"You made four mistakes." said the middle-aged man, "First, this is already the territory of the pirate kingdom, and the noble status of the Almani Federation has no effect here. Second, we are also students who are about to enter school, so it is equivalent to your status. Third, the one who sent us here to school was the King of Knights. All of us were blessed by the King of Knights and used war with us, which was to be enemies with Britain. Fourth, our trip was also invited by the King of Sweden, and we also were also enemies with the King of Sweden."
"It's actually... a hateful Briton."
The nobleman took a few steps back and finally took his servants out of the cabin with his servants. Amid the laughter, the passengers sat back in their seats.
"The savage Almani tribe only thinks with muscles and butts. It's a pity to let them occupy the quota of students in the academy."
"It must have been a large amount of admission fee. The Pirate Kingdom needs money. Unfortunately, this group of Almani's wastes only think that this is a paradise to avoid the Black Death. He doesn't know the value of the academy at all."
The passengers who stayed were talking so much. They were not ordinary civilians, but the group of the best scholars selected by Alfred from the whole of Britain. Under the latest agreement between Ella and Alifred, this group of scholars will be exchanged and studied for a year at the Academy in Gotland. The nobleman felt that it was because there were many alchemists among them. Their clothes often had an indelible smell of sulfur due to the smoke over the years.
"The nobles of Almani were taken in for money? No?" Someone questioned. "I heard that Sweden is now ridiculously rich. People often see that those merchant ships going to sea trade have boxes of gold in their warehouses!"
"Boxes are loaded one by one? Is it exaggerating? It's okay to forget about copper and silver coins. Where can I get so much money from such a remote and cold place in the Pirate Kingdom?"
"Don't believe it? Look at this ship of pigs, guess why the Swedish king had to enter these? As far as I know, there are currently no 100,000 pigs sent to Sweden from all over the world, but there are still about 80,000. Just to raise these pigs, it will cost a lot of money! This is not a fortune, what can it be!"
The passengers looked at each other, and everyone had a skepticism on their faces.
"No, right? Unless the Swedish king really knows the art of turning stones into gold!"
"It's not impossible to turn stones into gold, right?" someone said in a voice, "After all, Paracelsus is in the Pirate Kingdom now, isn't it?"
"Ah, that alchemist who can turn a whole mountain into gold in the legend!" Everyone looked at the sudden realization, "I didn't expect that such an exaggerated legend was actually true. Paracelsus is indeed the strongest alchemist in history!"
At this time, a girl's voice came from one side with dissatisfaction: "What Paracelsus, I am the strongest alchemist in history!"
Everyone followed the sound and saw only a girl with silver hair. She grabbed a small iron bucket seat and stuffed a few brushes into the bucket. Her face was brushed with dyes of various colors. At first glance, she looked quite similar to the clown in the circus.
Everyone laughed kindly.
"Ravi, you are so cute. Although the famous alchemist Dan strongly recommends you, even your teacher Dan is academically incomparable to Paracelsus?"
"When did Dan become my teacher? I'm almost his teacher!" Ravi stomped the ground with dissatisfaction, "As far as his knowledge is concerned, he is less than one-tenth of mine!"
"Okay OK, stop making trouble." A passenger touched her head, "I know you're so suffocating these days. After the quarantine is completed, we will be able to enter Gotland."
