Chapter 34 Negotiation

"That's all?" Silver's eyebrows raised slightly.

"That's all," said Snape. "Potter ran to my office and yelled at me, saying that Sirius was captured by the Dark Lord, who was torturing him and asked me to contact Dumbledore to rescue Sirius."

"Obviously, those brain closure courses were all gone, and Potter was still held in the hands of the Dark Lord." Snape looked resentful, "I said that this was a waste of time."

"And you knocked him out?" Silver looked at Harry Potter lying on the ground.

"I had to calm him down because he was too impulsive," Snape said.

"Professor Snape, you're too hard to do it." Professor Sprout frowned, "He's still a child."

"Pomona, Snape did not do anything wrong," said Professor Flivie. "Harry is sometimes too impulsive. If Professor Snape hadn't taken the timely action, he might have set out to find the Dark Lord by himself."

"Harry saw the Dark Lord's actions in his dream again, which was unusual." Silver said, "The Dark Lord is not a fool. The last time Harry discovered that Mr. Arthur was injured was just a coincidence. At that time, the Dark Lord did not know that Harry had a close connection with him to this point. After that, he must have noticed that with his magical attainments, it was too easy to make Harry see or not see anything, so this must be a trap. Professor Snape did right."

"What I want to ask now is, where is Dumbledore? We haven't contacted him for a month, and the last one to contact him is you, Jack Silver. We need Dumbledore now, and no other wizard among us can fight against the Dark Lord head-on, except him." Snape said.

Silver spread his hands, "Actually, I don't know where Professor Dumbledore is now."

He looked at Snape's skeptical eyes and said, "I really don't know where Professor Dumbledore went. I only know that he has something very important to do. The reason why he made a noise about running for the Minister of Magic is to cover up this purpose."

"I have contacted the Order of the Phoenix headquarters, where there is only the house elf Clice, who told me that Sirius had gone out three days ago and had not come back yet," said Professor Frieve. "He may indeed have fallen into the hands of the Dark Lord."

"But why did the Dark King catch Sirius?" said Professor Sprout.

Snape made a disdainful nasal voice, "Potter said that the reason why the Dark King caught Sirius and tortured him was to make him hand over something, saying that Sirius' brother once stole a crucial treasure of the Dark King."

"Siris' brother?" Professor Flivie recalled, "Siris does have a younger brother named Regulus. He is a very well-behaved and intelligent child. After graduation, he became a Death Eater."

Professor Frieve said and glanced at Snape.

Snape didn't care about Professor Flitvi's gaze. He spoke, "Regules is a standard pure-blood nobleman. He grew up with that standard aristocratic education. Apart from his appearance, he was not the same as his brother Sirius. He is a Death Eater, but he is kind-hearted and a good man. Although the Dark King does not like such subordinates, he will not kill him. One day he suddenly disappeared, and no one knows what happened. Some people think that the Dark King killed him, and some people think that he died at the hands of Aurors, but in my opinion this is unlikely. However, I can't convince Porter's statement. Regules is a timid and cowardly person. How could he be so bold to steal the Dark King's things?"

"And the relationship between the brothers Regulus and Sirius is not good. Even if Regulus steals the Dark King's things, Sirius will not know that the Dark King will not have no idea."

"So what is your opinion, Professor Snape?" Silver asked.

"With constant response to changes, contact Dumbledore and let him find a way to deal with it," said Professor Snape.

"But it's difficult for us to contact Dumbledore for a while, and Sirius is indeed missing now? Do you need to contact the Ministry of Magic and ask them to send Aurors to help?" Professor Sprout said.

"This is not possible. The Ministry of Magic is too complicated and there are all kinds of people. Once the Dark Lord learns that we have decided to take action against him, it is really dangerous." Professor Flivi said, "The worst plan now is that Sirius falls into the Dark Lord's hands. But if the Dark Lord wants to get what he wants from Sirius, then Sirius will be safe for the time being."

"I would have done it if Dumbledore was there," said Professor Sprout. "It's a mess now. Professor McGonagall is injured and lives in St. Mungo, and we can't get rid of the students and move."

"Let me think of a solution," said Silver. "Professor Snape, we all know that you are a master of brain closure, so your attainment in soul-catching and mind-taking must be not low. Can you find the location of the Dark King from Potter's memory?"

"No need to be so troublesome." Snape pursed his lips, "I know where the Dark Lord is." (To be continued...)
