Li Zhi even wants to introduce it to his great way of hope. Therefore, at the beginning, he wrote the three concepts of the dream, light, and change of the Way of Hope.
When practicing this method, people who practice this method should seek their original heart, understand what they want to pursue, and understand their hopes and dreams. This is to make a wish. If they can make this wish, they can concentrate their will. No matter how they go, they will not go to other people's paths in the future. It can be said that they will establish the path from the foundation and start with this mind. Even if they achieve their own path, they should be tolerant of the path of hope. This is the supreme path.
There are principles of practice, but understanding the truth does not mean success. The unity of knowledge and action and implementing the theory on oneself is true practice. At this time, in the Ministry of Mind Law, Li Zhi had to write all the mind methods, actual operations, and even every step of the work. The reason for writing the mind methods and actual operations is that ancient alchemy books once said that spreading the elixir does not spread fire. This fire is actually the mind methods. If you pass on the elixir, you have no mind methods. If you want to burn out the golden elixir, you will undoubtedly have to collide with the great fortune.
How far is the alchemy refining, what is the scene, and how to deal with the mental method? They all have their own considerations. Although Li Zhi's method is a minimalist method and has great universal transmission, there are still some considerations in many places. If you cannot deal with it, a little carelessness will cause problems and even endanger its existence. However, beginners do not need to worry. Without getting started, they cannot even get into the devil every day.
The first step in the actual operation of the practice of the Dharma is still the word "quiet". One quiet means all methods. Others such as standing, running, exercise, and guidance are all auxiliary. When practicing the Dharma, you should choose meditation. The posture of meditation can be double-shaped, single-shaped, dispersed-shaped, or meditation. Choose which of several postures is comfortable. However, there is a requirement, that is, sit upright. As for the tongue and the palate, in fact, once the Du meridian is opened, the tongue will naturally rise up. This is also one of the signs to determine whether the meridian is opened.
Sit your body straight, then slow down your breathing. Once your breathing is slow, your body will relax immediately. Once your body is relaxed, your mind should also relax, otherwise you cannot enter into tranquility. However, Li Zhi's method does not require the relaxation of the mind. The Taoist meditation is different from the Buddhist meditation, and the intention is different. The Buddhist tranquility is a sudden method. If you want to be beaten up in one day, you cannot do it. In fact, even the tranquility method is not as simple as imagined. It is not a sentence to cultivate the mind to describe it. The state of the four meditations is also a step-by-step process.
When sitting in meditation, the will should gently fall on the whole body, close your eyes and curtains to collect the ratings, and listen to yourself in your ears, try to relax and reduce your thoughts. The more you can calm your mind, the better the effect. If you cannot completely calm your mind, the effect is worse. As long as you persist in meditation every day, even if you cannot calm your mind, every day will be a process of grinding your mind. After a long time, it will naturally be achieved. This persistence seems simple, but most people cannot do it. However, if you can't even persist, then what else can you practice? You have to practice against the will of heaven. If you can't do this, that's all.
If you watch and hear the ratings, you can be able to keep your spirit alone. If you keep your spirit alone, you can embrace your spirit. Buddhism in the world once laughed at the Taoist people as corpse guarding ghosts. Although they were ridiculous words, they said it very vividly. Buddhism regards the body as a stinky skin, regards the beauty as a bone, and the body is a living corpse. Isn’t guarding the body a corpse? When the body and mind are quiet to a certain extent, the will that originally guards the whole body will naturally gather on the lower dantian of the human body. This is the key step to keep it without guarding and concentrate your spirit into the acupoints.
There are often times in the world that you need to keep your mind at the Dantian, but where is the Dantian? Actively guarding oneself, you cannot keep the right position. In addition, the spirit that contains distracting thoughts cannot enter the fundamental acupoint. The stronger you guard, the more you cannot enter the acupoint, let alone the follow-up of opening and opening the orifice. The ratings and hearing are returned, the spirit is not enough to flow outside, and you can hold the spirit and condense the qi into the acupoint. This is the essence of the Taoist sect's Wuwei and Quiet Method.
When you start practicing, the human body may be damaged for a long time and weak, so the beginning of practice is to make up for leaks. The effect of meditation is reflected in replenishing the leaks, stopping thoughts, and banning xxoo. Over time, the body will naturally be recuperated to an excellent level. After reaching this level, a phenomenon will appear in the body in tranquility. When the body reaches a certain level, the will is in a trance, and the whole body seems numb and crisp, and the smooth and beautiful are even more than xxoo. The bird will also rise without desire.
This phenomenon is called Li Zi, also known as Yi Yang, when Yi Yang is produced, it is the small medicine that can be produced. This extends the method of collecting medicine. Picking small medicines into small elixirs, and picking big medicines into big elixirs. Li Zhi’s Wuwei method does not require picking this small medicine when Yi Yang is released, because picking this small medicine requires mastering the heat. If it is not collected well, it is harmful. The method of Wuwei. When Yi Yang occurs, there is no need to pay too much attention and still stay in tranquility, waiting for the Yang to disappear, and the subtle energy of pregnant sperm will be saved.
This phenomenon occurs. With the sufficient subtle energy, the next state is that the spirit energy is about to enter the acupoint. Which acupoint is the real Dantian. When the spirit energy enters the acupoint and this orifice is opened, a phenomenon will appear in the body. After the phenomenon of restraint and restraint occurs, the whole body will be in a strange state. The energy in the body seems to be sucked in by a bottomless abyss. In this state, no matter how much clothes you wear, you will not feel hot. No matter how thick the quilt is covered, you will not feel warm when you wake up in the morning, because the body almost does not dissipate heat, but it is not hot, but it is not cold.
This introverted process will last for a period of time. Once the accumulation is enough, it will disappear and the body will return to normal. The real change of the body will begin. Once the energy of the dantian is full and the spirit is complete, the coccyx will first be opened. The coccyx will be opened with the qi of the coccyx as the touch of the qi and soreness and swelling. When the stinging pain is slight, a slight heat flow will vaguely flow from the coccyx along the spine to stop the rest of the Jiaji. Then, the fine heat flow will turn from small to large as the coccyx is opened.
At first, it is just a stream of light, but in the end it will turn into countless hot ants, climbing up along the spine. Here, there is an extremely critical point. Many methods say that they have opened the Du Tu, but if it is not the qi flowing through the spine, it is not the true openness. Most people cannot sense the meridians, and rely on their thoughts to guide the qi to open. In fact, it is not the real Du Tu, which has entered the fork in the road, or even this Du Tu has not been reached. It is the feeling brought out by the body after a long time. The real Du Tu is like this.
When the tailbone is connected, the qi blocks the Jiaji. This has actually begun to pass the three levels of merit. The three levels refer to the tailbone, the Jiaji and the Yuzhang. Once the three levels pass, the Du meridian is considered to be the first to pass. When the qi blocks the Jiaji, there will be a phenomenon here, because there is a wider channel above the Mingmen, and the two kidneys will also react at this time.
As mentioned earlier, the brain thinks about the so-called subtle energy of the kidneys. Usually, the Du meridian is just a muddy road, and the aggregation and transportation of this energy cannot be detected by ordinary people. However, as this section of the Du meridian is unblocked, it turns from a muddy path to a hardened road, and this process will be discovered, which is probably because of the large amount, and the circulation between the two kidneys is like a decoction.
Here, we also need to mention a phenomenon. Once the Tongtu begins, because the body urgently needs a lot of energy to fill it, from here, the appetite of a person will often increase sharply to a terrifying level. Ordinary people usually take a small bowl of three meals a day, and one bowl per meal is enough. Once the Tongtu begins, the person with a small appetite will quickly become a big eater. He can't give up if he holds a bowl of sea and doesn't eat three big bowls. After eating three big bowls, he is only 70% or 80% full.
A thin person, eating three big sea bowls, doesn't know how to hold so many items. The stomach seems to have hydrochloric acid, and the things you eat will be transformed instantly. This makes people feel that there is a bottomless hole in their stomach. After eating three big sea bowls, they are only 80% full. Then after two hours, they will begin to feel the emptiness in their stomach. Not only do they eat more meals, but they often have to eat four or five meals a day before they can stop. It is simply a starving ghost reincarnation. This starving ghost state will continue until it is full of qi and does not want to eat. It is an extremely long process.
Speaking of eating and light, among the methods of practice that can be seen everywhere on the main world network, there are real and false statements. People who have not learned will find it extremely wonderful, so there is a saying of light. Ordinary people close their eyes and only have darkness in front of them. People with weak and strong spirits can see some divine light after closing their eyes. If there is a method, they will say that if they close their eyes and sit quietly and wait for the light to appear, the light that appears is the natural light. Using this kind of light to ponder into a full moon, they will see the nature. Well, if this is the nature light, then those who can practice through the three levels have become immortals and saints.
There are three types of light phases in the human body: essence light, qi light, divine light, and essence light. It is as bright as the sun. When you sit in meditation, you close your eyes and hide your curtains. As you move, you suddenly see a white and bright sun passing by in front of you. The amazing light flashes through the darkness is essence light. Those who can see the essence light must not be cared to a considerable level, and cannot be seen when the yang is approaching. Once the Ren Du is truly unobstructed, the essence of the body has the ability to transform itself. This essence will be transformed by itself as soon as it is produced, and it will be difficult to see this essence light in the future.
Qi and light are the ones that begin to appear when the human body's essence is gradually sufficient. The light is white, which is much dimmer than the essence. First of all, the light is a little dim, but as the energy is sufficient, it will become brighter and brighter. Of course, the air and light will not last too long. As the spirit and energy are brought together, the air and light will disappear without a trace.
Before Tongshu, as long as the body is well recuperated and some static cultivation is still very common. In addition to the essence and qi light, the third light is divine light, which is uncertain, and the light color of the body and body are different. Therefore, the divine light is also different at different times. However, once it reaches the end, it will be white. Why is it white? You can know it by referring to the sunlight. Therefore, there are too many lights that can be seen in practice. The light seen in meditation is only a joke. Of course, it is only for the behavior of using this light as a sexual light. In fact, it may be of some use, but this light is not a sexual light.
When the tailbone is opened, the qi flows through the spine, and countless high-heat ants are rising step by step. It is really hot and numb. As the spine is unblocked, the inside of the human body will continue to adjust due to the opening of this hardening path. Before the Jiaji, the adjustment is only the kidneys and the liver. Once the Jiaji passes, the adjustment will affect other internal organs. This is just the adjustment caused by changes, not the qi entering the five internal organs. However, even if it is adjusted, the body will change. The health effects of methods such as the true qi operation method are only brought along the way.
In this way, from the tailbone, you pass through the Jiaji and finally pass through the jade pillow. The three gates can be announced. The Du meridian is also considered to be the first to open. When the qi is connected to the jade pillow, several wonderful sounds will be made at the jade pillow behind the head, like a vulture sound, which is extremely beautiful. The ancients encountered this situation and gave this phenomenon the title of fairy music behind the head. After passing the jade pillow, before reaching the Baihui, it will seem like there is an extra headband on the head, which is quite uncomfortable to wrap the head tightly. However, this situation is only temporary. After a while, when the qi reaches Baihui, the head ring will be resolved.
Qi moves to Baihui, and most people don’t have it, but a small number of people feel that there is a small opening of the sky gate when Qi moves to Baihui. When Qi moves to Baihui, they suddenly feel like a skylight is open above their heads. Close their eyes and look upwards. They can see the sky light, as if the top of their heads is gone, and the skull has become transparent glass. This transparency will gradually disappear within a few days, and they will feel that the bones on the top of their heads have cracked into several pieces. From this time, there seems to be a small hole in their perception, which opens and closes with their breathing from time to time.
Once the Tianmen opens, the acupoints connecting the inside and outside will usually gradually open. However, at this time, the Tianmen opens slightly and the changes are not big. At most, many acupoints on the body will become such small holes. As you breathe, you will open and close. When you open and close, there seems to be an invisible finger at the acupoints to be pressed tightly and relax. It is like a bellows pulling. Every time you inhale, you can feel the coolness of the outside world entering the body from the small hole, which feels quite wonderful.
Qi moves through Baihui. Even if the Du meridian is first opened, the next Ren meridian will begin. People often say that the Du meridian is difficult to open and the three gates are difficult to pass. However, in fact, the true unblocking of the Ren meridian is often more difficult than the Du meridian. The next Ren meridian is first from Baihui to the middle of the eyebrows. Once this qi enters the ancestral orifice between the eyebrows, another light image. At this time, close your eyes and you can see the golden light of the ancestral orifice. This golden light is like thunder, and it flashes from time to time. This aspect will disappear after the Ren and Du are fully penetrated.
Once the ancestral orifice passes, the internal energy continues to descend. You can feel that there are countless little mice in the eyebrows climbing down the bridge of the nose, and like water droplets flowing down the bridge of the nose. When it reaches the inside of the nasal cavity, it can feel that the breathing has never been so fresh and comfortable. If this section is opened, people with rhinitis can be cured directly. Since the Renmai nasal segment is open, people's breathing will also change. Breathing can flow into the inside and turn into the internal breathing.
By continuing to go down, you can feel the tongue pushing upwards under an internal force. The tip of the tongue often feels numb and is secreted with relatively sweet saliva. In ancient times, this saliva was used to rinse and swallow health. At this point of qi, it will continue to enter the throat. This orifice will cause phlegm to clear phlegm. This mouthful of phlegm connects to the pericardium. Once it is cleared out, it will have the ability to clear the heart.
The qi of the Ren meridian continues to go downward, and the stomach qi rises, squirting from the bottom, causing people to have some obstacles inhalation, but it is difficult to exhale. This phenomenon will last for a period of time. Once the interval between the chest and abdomen of the Ren meridian will disappear. Once this phenomenon disappears, it will reach the place of the Dantian. Ren and Du basically announced it, but it is not fully opened. At this time, it continues to accumulate. When the mercury column of the Du meridian appears as it rises and falls with breathing, and passes through it, Ren and Du are truly unblocked.
There are several phenomena that Ren and Du are truly unobstructed. First, the internal breathing after the Renmai nasal segment is opened will become complete. Take a deep breath and the air can easily enter the abdomen, then go down from the Dantian and upward through the Du meridian. With one breath, the air can go around in Ren and Du, and breathing drives Ren and Du operation. Second, when desire drives the *** to stand up, the internal breathing can easily eliminate this desire and take off and descend freely. At the same time, the human body's ability to replenish losses will be greatly enhanced.
Third, because the Du meridian is generally viewed in the group of yang, the Ren meridian also cooperates with the group of yin, and Ren meridian is connected to the Ren and Du, the body's resistance to changes in cold and heat will be greatly enhanced. Fourth, the Du meridian is unobstructed, and the human body's subtle energy can easily rise along the spine, the brain is sufficient, staying up late will become extremely simple, and it will be unhindered for several days without sleeping, without feeling tired, and after three days of sleep, you can control the intercourse between the heart and kidneys independently, and you can continue. This is a test. Although this ability is available, it is not worth promoting. Fifth, it is possible to eliminate the mouth and nose and fetal breathing. The above is the main effect of the Ren meridian. Occasionally, there is a special constitution, and it is not surprising that functions such as spiritual eyes, eyes and ear breathing are developed, but they cannot be counted in it.

Once Ren Du passed, the first pot of gold he practiced was completed, and the next step was to penetrate the hundreds of meridians.
