008 Christmas Holiday (Part 2)(1/2)
"Oh, who came out again?" the fat lady kept raving, "Why can't you see anyone?"
The group walked to a place where the fat lady couldn't hear it, and Lawrence said, "Actually, there seems to be no need for us to use the magical body technique?"
"Yes, so you can't use the live map." Fred said, so Lawrence removed the illusion art of the three of them.
"I swear solemnly, I absolutely have bad intentions."
The three of them gathered together to study each room on the map of the live spots.
"There is a secret passage here, which is quite convenient."
"No, Felch's office is just below."
"What about here?"
"Stop making trouble, it's near the Black Magic Defense Classroom, and Professor Quirrell is making it smell like garlic nearby."
"Where is the marble staircase in the foyer?"
"If you want Professor McGonagall to come out to make tea in the evening, grab us and we'll be there."
"This is really troublesome. Can we only go to the forbidden forest?"
At this time, a harsh, terrifying scream pierced the night, and it kept on for a long time, which scared the three of them.
"What are you doing?" Fred asked with a blink of an eye.
"I think it's Harry, Fred." George pointed to the library on the fifth floor of the map, "I think he's in trouble."
"And it's a big trouble," Lawrence said. "Let's see who Felch is going to look for?"
"This direction is...Snape's office." George exclaimed, "It's bad."
"We have to help him, Lawrence," Fred said.
"I know," Lawrence was thinking quickly and immediately assigned a job. "Fred, go to the library on the fifth floor to make some noise, get attention and run to the stairs on the left side of the sixth floor."
"George, go to the stairs on the right side of the sixth floor. When you hear the movements made by Fred, you make some noises, and then you continue running upstairs, throw off the pursuers and go back to Glenfindo Tower."
"I'm responsible for bringing Harry back," said Lawrence, looking at the little black dot representing Harry on the map, moving around,
"But your magic tricks cannot be hidden from Snape?" George asked,
"It's okay, I need to use a map to find Harry," Lawrence said easily. "I don't have a map to find someone when he runs around like this."
─────────
"Hey, Harry, oh?" Just as Harry ran a corner, he bumped into Lawrence, but Lawrence only felt that he had bumped into something and didn't see anyone,
"Harry? Where are you?" Lawrence looked down at the map and found Harry. Porter's small dot should be right in front of him.
"Oh, Lawrence." Harry fell to the ground, struggling to reveal a head, "I'm tripped by it."
"Invisible Cape?"
Without waiting for Harry to answer, Lawrence looked at the map and changed his face slightly. He grabbed the cloak and covered the two of them, put his fingers beside his lips, indicating that Harry was quiet,
"Professor, you said if someone wanders around the campus or breaks into the library's forbidden book area, you will come and go directly." Felch's voice sounded at the corner.
Harry felt that he must have been scared and looked disgusted, but he calmed down when he saw Lawrence next to him.
"The forbidden book area? Oh, okay, I don't think he can go far, we must catch him quickly," said Snape.
At this moment, a loud noise came from the stairwell not far away.
"I think he's in trouble, Professor, let's go here." Felch led Snape to another corner and looked at them far away. Harry finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Let's go here," Lawrence said after putting away the map, "Stay in this classroom for a while."
"What's that sound?" Harry asked after Lawrence.
"It was Fred and George," said Lawrence, who walked into an abandoned classroom that had not completely closed the door. "I think it was the magic firecrackers left at the dinner just now."
"I haven't asked you yet?" Lawrence said, "I heard from Felch, have you run into the forbidden book area?"
"Uh..." Harry looked uneasy, "I'm here to find information about the Philosopher's Stone."
"Magic Stone?" Lawrence asked in surprise, "What are you looking for it for?"
"You said the Philosopher's Stone has powerful power." Harry said uneasyly, "It turns stones into gold, immortality, I wonder if I can let my parents come alive."
"Ah..." Lawrence understood, so he said, "Harry, I think this is impossible."
"Why? You said it has powerful power!" Harry raised his head and roared at Lawrence, "Even immortality can be done..."
"Yes, Harry, it is rumored that it can indeed make people immortal," Lawrence said sadly, "But life and death cannot be reversed. immortality means continuing life rather than restoring life."
Harry was speechless, and at this time he understood,
"Sorry, Lawrence, I..." Harry felt a little guilty because he had just yelled at Lawrence, and Lawrence had helped him get out of trouble just now.
"It's okay, Harry, I understand." Lawrence said gently,
Harry calmed down and noticed that something in the classroom,
This is a spectacular and gorgeous mirror with luxurious golden borders, and two claw-shaped feet support the entire mirror.
"Lawrence, is this?" Harry asked blankly at the mirror facing the ceiling.
"I don't know either." Lawrence replied,
"Eris Stella Ehru Aitoubi Kafru Aitouches?" Harry asked, lying the inscription engraved on the top, "What does this mean?" (Note 1)
Lawrence did not answer. He was completely immersed in the image brought to him by the mirror. Harry, who was standing beside him, was gradually obsessed with the fantasy brought to him by the mirror.
Lawrence didn't know how long he had been watching, but reason told him that he should not look any further. He looked away with difficulty and patted Harry, who was completely addicted to the side.
"It's time for us to leave, Harry." Lawrence said lightly, and Harry reluctantly turned his eyes away from the mirror and followed Lawrence back to Glenfindo Tower.
"Why did you come back so long?" Fred asked. In the dormitory, Fred and George did not sleep. "Are you in trouble?"
Lawrence shook his head, he didn't plan to tell the twin brothers about the mirror,
"We need a map, Lawrence," George said excitedly. "We discovered a place when we were hiding from Felch and Snape."
Lawrence silently handed the map to the twin brothers, and he was still thinking about the picture in the mirror.
"Look, it's really not. This is so strange." George pointed to the block on the eighth floor of the map of Living Spots.
"Is this a place that the maker doesn't know?" Fred guessed, "or can't be drawn on the map?"
"What do you think? Lawrence?" George asked, "Will you go and have a look tomorrow night?"
"I don't know, I'm going to sleep," said Lawrence, then pulled over the quilt to cover his head.
Fred and George looked at each other,
"What's wrong with him?" George asked,
"I don't know, maybe I'm tired, right?" Fred replied, so the two of them pulled over the quilt and the dormitory became quiet, but Lawrence couldn't sleep. He wanted to look at the mirror again tomorrow night, he thought.
─────────
Lawrence was possessed, or so, he and Harry were possessed,
From that night, Fred and George both clearly discovered something wrong with Lawrence. That night, when they went out to find the room that disappeared on the eighth floor, they found out from the map of the living spots, Lawrence and Harry and Ron were staying together. So, at noon the next day, they got news from Ron.
"While letting you see that you are the chief captain, Captain Quidditch, and you also get the mirror of the Quidditch Champions League?" George asked with a strange expression.
"It sounds like this mirror is not reliable at all." Fred said, (Note 2)
"Oh, that's not the point." Ron blushed and said, "The point is what will happen to them?"
Fred and George said cautiously after looking at each other,
"Harry, we're not sure," Fred said, "but we believe Lawrence will be fine."
"He is the smartest person I've ever met," said George. "Of course, Dunbulito may be smarter than him, you know what I mean."
"Um..." Ron seemed to understand a little. When he thought of the exciting night, Lawrence remained calm and blocked the three-headed dog's posture for them, "What about Harry?"
"I think he will be fine if he stays with Lawrence," Fred comforted.
That night, Fred and George set out again to find the room that disappeared on the eighth floor. After they left, Lawrence also stood up and used his magical body technique.
Lawrence was stunned as soon as he entered the room. He saw Dunbulido sitting by the wall of the classroom. Harry seemed to have not noticed it. Dunbulido blinked in the direction of Lawrence.
"Are you here?" Dumbledore said, Harry turned around, his mouth slightly opened as if he was scared. Lawrence did not move, nor did he remove the magical body technique, but just stood quietly.
"I-I didn't see you, sir."
"It's strange, is it that invisibility has regressed your vision?" Dumbledore smiled, he jumped off the desk and sat on the ground like Harry.
"Now, like the people in the past, you have discovered the secret of Eris' Mirror."
"I didn't know it was called Eris Mirror."
"I think you already know its usefulness, right?"
"It-it can show my family."
"And to your friend Ron, it shows that he becomes the predecessor."
"How did you know?"
