Chapter 164: Postponement (1)
When Yang Zhao left Liangyi Hall, he did not follow others and walked alone towards the East Palace.
Daxing Imperial City covers a large area. It takes about 40 or 50 minutes for normal people to walk on their legs. This period of time is not long or short. For Yang Su, he must be anxious and living like a year. However, although he was suffering, he finally had a hope. But the little prince knew that as long as Mahaye was invited to take action, this hope would be cut off immediately. The greater the hope, the greater the disappointment, and then how could Yang Suqing bear it? Although his position with Yang Su and his son was finally hostile, he did not take back the secret hand that was ambushed by Yang Xuangan because of this, but Yang Su's pitiful appearance was seen. The little prince was not the character of being too short, so he would inevitably feel a little compassion.
After coming out of Liangyi Hall, he turned east through Liangyi Gate, and reached Tongming Gate through Fanli Gate. After leaving, he left Tai Chi Palace and entered the East Palace. Yang Zhao walked slowly along the corridor and soon walked into Chongwen Hall. This is Yang Guang's residence. According to the etiquette system in the palace, the Crown Princess Xiao should actually live in the Chengen Hall later. However, the rules are dead, but people live. Yang Guang had no other concubines except Xiao, and the couple had a good relationship, so Xiao also accompanied her husband and lived in Chongwen Hall for a long time.
After Yang Zhao came over, he basically came over to pay his respects to his parents every day. He walked the road here for less than a thousand times, at least five or six hundred times. He was so familiar that he would not be wrong to close his eyes. The little prince carried his hands on his back and walked along like a leisurely walk in the courtyard. He was about to reach the main hall of Cheng'en Hall (just as Xuanwu Gate is not only one city gate, Cheng'en Hall is not a separate palace, but a general term for a building community). Suddenly, he heard a solemn and profound voice that was not angry and powerful, which was coming from the main hall. The voice was not particularly loud, but every word and sentence came into his ears, which was deafening. After hearing this, people couldn't help but want to worship the tripod.
Yang Zhao subconsciously stopped his steps, listened intently. He listened to the sound without slowness and chanted: "Bodhicitta is free from all self-attachment, away from the aggregates, realms, and away from the things that can be taken, and is equal to the Dharma, and the mind is not born, and the nature of one's nature is empty. Just like all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the past, I am also like this. This is called the self-swearing bodhicitta precepts. After swearing to receive the bodhicitta, I sit in full lotus, half lotus sitting at will, and make three great secrets, sit in peace and concentration and eliminate all delusions, observe the six realms of sentient beings in the sea of life and death since the beginning of time, and wish that all Bodhicitta practices and Bodhisattva practices can be freed..."
What he talked about is the practice of the Buddha Mother Cunti. Cunti means "purity" in Sanskrit. His practice has always been known for his convenience and simplicity. However, he also "cleans the precepts and obtains Bodhi. He does not simply become a monk at home, but even if he keeps drinking and eating his wife, he will achieve success according to the Dharma." Since the Southern and Northern Dynasties, many eminent monks and masters have either traveled east to preach the Dharma or traveled west to seek scriptures. All the practices such as Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Manjushri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva are well known. However, this practice of the Buddha Mother Cunti is an authentic secret of the Pure Land. Because it is easy to be effective, it has always been unwilling to pass it on to the outside. Therefore, at first glance, Yang Zhao knew that the preacher in the temple was Mahaye.
You Chuhong is the first wife of Dugu Xin's second son Dugu Shan. Yang Zhao's grandmother Empress Dugu Xin was Dugu Xin's youngest daughter. The relationship between her sister-in-law and sister-in-law was very good, so after Dugu Shan's death, the throne of Dugu's master did not fall into the hands of Dugu Xin's third son Dugu Mu, but let Dugu Feng inherit it. Not to mention this. In terms of seniority, Yang Zhao should call Dugu Shan the uncle, so You Chuhong is the uncle and grandmother. The little prince spent five or six seconds to sort out the relationship, but did not kneel down, but bowed respectfully, saying, "The nephew and grandson have met my uncle and grandmother."
"Okay, okay." You Chuhong was serious and took the gift with a slight pose. He said in a deep voice: "Your uncle (Dugu Feng) came back from his expedition to Shuzhong this time and praised your good things at home. When he saw you today, there was nothing false. Well, by the way. This is your uncle's daughter, with the word "Feng". Come, Feng'er. Come and greet your cousin."
The little beauty with white jade carvings turned her black eyes twice as she heard her grandmother's instructions. She saluted Yang Zhao with a slight voice and said, "Hello, cousin. Dad said, you will be the emperor in the future. So I always let Feng'er grow up quickly and marry you. I also said that if I don't hold on, I will let someone snatch it away. Cousin, how did people snatch it? Is it the same as Brother Ce's snatch Feng'er's maltose?"
This little girl is really a childless person. Yang Zhao looked at Dugu Feng and couldn't help but smile at the corner of her mouth. Suddenly, she had the urge to rub her head that was neatly tidy, and then bent her fingers to knock the cute little head. She smiled and said, "My cousin doesn't know much. It's probably the same."
You Chuhong's old face turned slightly red and shouted, "Feng'er, don't talk nonsense. That's just your father is joking. How can you take it seriously?" Dugu Feng spread his tongue and retracted his grandmother, with a very cute expression. Xiao sighed and said, "If Feng'er can really marry into my house, it will be Zhao'er's blessing. It's a pity..." What a pity, he didn't say it, just shook his head gently.
One of the nuns next to him interjected: "In fact, marrying into the imperial family is just a glorious appearance. The bitterness in it is really not humane. Grandma, Feng'er is so smart, she should like what she will do in the future." Another nun sighed: "Senior sister is right."
Xiao's eyebrows were slightly frowned, as if he was quite dissatisfied. But in the blink of an eye, he still showed a little pity and said lightly: "These two are Master Huaguang and Master Huasheng. Zhaoer, please treat the two masters."
The two magic names Hua Guang and Hua Sheng were heard, and Yang Zhao was slightly stunned again, and then he understood why they had such a strong disgust for "marrying into the imperial family". It was just because they were once the queens. But the ending of their lives was definitely not called "happy". And their names were not Hua Guang and Hua Sheng, but Chen Yueyi and Yuan Leshang.
Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou Dynasty Yuwen Yun was born with a waste of nature and lust. He was once unprecedented. He had no future generations and was conferred five queens at the same time. He was the Empress Tianda Zhu Manyue, the Empress Tianzhong Chen Yueyi, the Empress Tianyou Yuan Leshang, the Empress Tianzuo Yuchi Chifan, and the Empress Tianyuan Yang Lihua. Among them, Yang Lihua is Yang Jian's eldest daughter, Yang Guang's sister, and Yang Zhao's eldest aunt. Yang Jian was the identity of this relative, so he was able to take charge of the government after Yuwen Yun's death and establish a foundation for him to take the Northern Zhou Dynasty. However, Yuwen Yan, who inherited the throne after Yuwen Yun's death, was not born by Yang Lihua, but by Zhu Manyue. Therefore, Yang Jian was not considered to have taken over the country from his grandson.
Among the five queens of Yuwen Yun, the Tianda Empress Zhu Manyue was twelve years older than Yuwen Yun. After the founding of the Great Sui Dynasty, she became a nun and her name was Fajing. She had passed away in the sixth year of Kaihuang. The second was the Tianzuo Empress Yuchi Chifan. After she became a monk, she also died in the fifteenth year of Kaihuang. The Tianyuan Empress Yang Lihua changed the title of Princess Leping. Only the Tianzhong Empress Chen Yueyi and Tianyou Empress Yuan Leshang were left.
Chen Yueyi and Yuan Leshang both entered the palace at the age of thirteen. Their origins, age, temperament, and even their appearance were very similar. Yuwen Yun loved both of them very much, and their titles were equally treated, and they even often favored them in the same bed. So although they were not biological sisters, their relationship was really the same, just like the story of Zhao Feiyan and Zhao Hede of the Han Dynasty. But since the dynasty changed, they had to leave the palace that no longer belonged to them, and left the day that was like a flower-filled tree. Shaved off three thousand black hairs and accompanied the ancient Buddha of the green lamp. The great years disappeared in the monotonous and dull sound of wooden fish, and how did they condemn themselves?
