He stole the peaches in the sky, and kicked the alchemy furnace in the Tushita Palace to claim to be the Great Sage of the Equator, which turned the world upside down, causing all the immortals and gods to be helpless. The Jade Emperor had no choice but to invite the leader of the Western Paradise to surrender. The Buddha pressed Sun Wukong under the Five Elements Mountain and suppressed it with the six-character mantra golden post. More than 500 years passed in a blink of an eye.

At this time, the southern continent of the world was in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. In order to win over the hearts of the people, the Emperor Li surnamed Shimin respected the Supreme Moral and Heavenly Lord of the Three Pure Ones among the Taoist Three Pure Ones, and Taoism flourished. However, there were many arrogant Taoist priests who relied on the power of the Supreme Emperor and were often illegal, and all kinds of behaviors became domineering. Over time, the Emperor and the civil and military officials gradually became disgusted with Taoist priests.

One day, the Buddha Tathagata held a Ullam Plate meeting in the Great Leiyin Temple of Lingshan. After the meeting, he preached the Dharma and observed the three realms with profound Prajna. Seeing the various situations of the Tang Dynasty in the eastern land of Nanzhanbu Continent, he felt pity and compassion, and deliberately passed on the Dharma, the Tripitaka Sutra to the world to educate sentient beings. He also remembered an old case from that year, so he took out five treasures to Guanyin Bodhisattva, who saved the suffering and ordered the Bodhisattva to go to the eastern land to visit the people who were seeking the sutras. The Bodhisattva received the decree and took the Hui'an practitioner down to Lingshan and left.

After the Ullambane meeting, the Buddha retreated into the quiet room to meditate. Suddenly, a golden jade letter floated into the window. When he opened it, he found that it was the Taishang Laojun, who invited the Buddha to visit the Tushita Palace in the Thirty-Three Heavens Lihentian. The Buddha smiled and had a wonderful understanding of his heart. He took the two venerables of Ana Kashyapa and the Eighteen Arhats, and drove the lotus platform to leave the Great Leiyin Temple and headed towards the Tushita Palace. After a while, Laojun went out to greet the Buddha and invited the Buddha into the hall to offer incense tea. After the tea, he asked, "Master Buddha, I invite you today, and I will not talk about anything else. It was just because I suddenly had a whim a few days ago and counted my fingers. I knew that the Buddha intended to spread the Tripitaka Sutra to the Great Tang Dynasty. I wonder if this is the case?"

Buddha smiled and said, "This is true. It is just because I saw that the people in the Southern Continent were greedy and killing, lustful and deceitful, and deceived. They committed boundless evil, and they were unable to escape from the six realms of reincarnation. They felt unbearable, so they ordered Venerable Guanyin to go to the East to visit the people who were seeking the scriptures, and came to Lingshan to seek the true scriptures to create the blessings of all people. It is also a good story."

Laojun frowned and said, "Although the Buddha is good at using his heart, this move will inevitably overestimate his affairs and lose his original purpose. You must know that the land of Nanzhanbu Continent has always been a place where Taoist sects are prosperous and preached. The current Emperor of the Tang Dynasty in Dongtu is also a descendant of my family. Nowadays, there are many disciples in the Taoist sect - such as Li Chunfeng, Yuan Tiangang, Wei Zheng and others - who assisted the Tang Emperor to govern the country with the art of purity of Huang Lao. I believe it is not difficult to reappear the rule of the two emperors Wen and Jing in the early Han Dynasty. Why bother with Buddha? In my opinion, it is better to forget about the pursuit of the scriptures."

The Buddha was not worried about his anger and smiled and said, "Laojun is wrong. Although the way of purity and inaction is good, it has only been implemented in ancient times. Today, the Tang Dynasty in the eastern land of Nanzhanbu Continent is prosperous in the population of thousands of times that of the past. Times change, how can we use the old law to govern it again? Buddhism emphasizes cause and condition. After reading the Tripitaka True Sutra, even the stubborn and stupid people who are wise also know that good will be rewarded, and evil will be rewarded. Isn't it more beneficial to sentient beings than one taste? Therefore, the matter of obtaining the scriptures is the number of heavens, and it is absolutely irreversible."

Laojun was speechless when he heard the words. After a while, he said, "Since the Buddha is dedicated to benefiting the people, Li Erruo will speak more, but he will be selfless and selfless. But he doesn't know who the Buddha wants to be the one who seeks the scriptures?"

The Buddha said, "Good, my second disciple Jin Chanzi back then. Because he did not listen to the teachings and was despised by the great teachings, he demoted his true spirit to reincarnate in the East Land. Now he is about to complete his journey and can take on the great responsibility of obtaining the scriptures. The journey to the west is long, and there are many demons and monsters along the way. I instructed Guanyin that if he meets that capable demon, he can persuade him to convert to the disciples of the scholars and achieve a good result in the future."

Laojun was shocked when he heard this and said, "From Lingshan to Dongtu, you must pass the Five Elements Mountain on the way. The monster monkey at the foot of the mountain, Sun Wukong, had a big fuss about the Heavenly Palace five hundred years ago. He was a rebellious and unforgivable monkey. He stole peaches and ate imperial wine, and stole my five pots of nine-turn golden elixirs, which was a complete evil. How could such a monster be released?"

The Buddha laughed and said, "Sun Wukong himself is an immortal stone left by Nuwa repairing the sky. He was born from the essence of the sun and the moon, and his nature is also good. Later, he worshipped under my disciple Subhuti and started to practice. He talked about the origin. It was my disciple who passed on the disciple. Buddhism is vast and can accommodate all directions. If you put down the butcher knife, you can become a Buddha on your own. Laojun doesn't have to be so nervous."

Laojun stroking his hands and sighed, "Although the Buddha said this, Sun Wukong... is fine." Then he turned around and only chose some irrelevant things to talk about. After a while, the Buddha said goodbye, and Laojun sent him out, and did not go back to the Tushita Palace. He ordered the boy to take the green cow and ride on the clouds and mist, and to the Shangqing Tianmiluo Palace, and to see Yuanshi Tianzun. Yuanshi saw that the Taishang Laojun was coming and led all the people to greet him. The two of them went to the Bagua Platform to sit together. The people of the sect bowed and stood on both sides.

Yuanshi asked, "The eldest brother has always been idle, but I don't know why he came today?"

Laojun then explained the previous events one by one. He sighed and said, "My brother, our Taoist scriptures are not originally told to ignorant people. The so-called mysterious and mysterious gates are the gates of all wonders. However, Buddhist scriptures have simple principles and open up the teachings and sects. Once the Tripitaka True Sutra is passed down from generation to generation, how can our disciples in the world compete for monks? I think my Taoist tradition has been spread to the East for thousands of years, and has worked hard for many killing disasters. It is so difficult that we have today's situation. It is the time to enjoy the harvest after hard work. How can we tolerate the Western Hu Cult easily embezzlement of the foundation? This matter cannot be regarded as an idle thing, and we still need to think of countermeasures early."

Yuanshi nodded and said, "The eldest brother's words make sense. In fact, when Sun Wukong made a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace, the Jade Emperor did not let me take action, but he wanted to go to Daleiyin Temple to invite the Buddha. Obviously, he was gradually suspicious of the Taoist sect. If Buddhism really flourished in Middle Earth, then we might add... But then again, as long as you think about it carefully, it would not be difficult to stop this matter."

Laojun said strangely: "Oh, it's not difficult? I wonder what my brother has to do?"

Yuanshi laughed and said, "It's simple, it's just the four words "cutting the firewood from the cauldron". From the Dongtu Datang to the Xitian Daleiyin Temple, the journey is 108,000 miles. There are many mountains and monsters on the way, and there are countless powerful demons. As long as the Golden Cicada Zi is harmed by one of the demons, the Tripitaka's True Sutra will naturally not be able to be spread."

Laojun said in surprise: "Brother, why are you willing to do this? Haven't you heard from the Buddha Master of the Great Leiyin Temple that Sun Wukong should be his disciples for the people who have obtained the scriptures? Although those demons are powerful, no one can defeat that monkey. Let's talk about it for no reason, how could the demons in the world take the risk of offending Buddhism and exert such a life of death for our Taoist sect?"

Two Taoist lords were worried, and suddenly someone came out from the seat and bowed to him and said, "You don't have to worry about the two masters. There is a way for disciples to discipline them so that Jin Chanzi could not reach the West, and the Tang Dynasty in the East is still the foundation of our Taoist sect."

The two Taoist priests were overjoyed when they heard this. When they looked at it, it turned out that the person who came out of the list was the twelve Taoist Taiyi Jinxianzhi under Yuanshi Tianzun, Guangchengzi from Taoyuan Cave in Jiuxian Mountain. Yuanshi Tianzun said anxiously: "I have a good plan, so why not tell me."

Guangchengzi said: "In fact, Master's plan to remove firewood from the cauldron is already very good. The difficulty lies in the fact that the demons refuse to take action. But if the demons know that Jin Chanzi is a pure yang body for the practice of a hundred generations. Eat a piece of his flesh, you can live with the world. Those demons are all greedy and short-sighted people. How can they not offend Buddhism when they are in the moment? I'm afraid that Jin Chanzi has not even left the Tang Dynasty before he has left the territory of the Tang Dynasty."

The two Taoist masters were happy and praised in unison: "Guangchengzi was considerate." Laojun said again: "But what if Sun Wukong really worshiped Jin Chanzi as his master? Although there are many demons in the mortal world, none of them is the enemy of this monkey."

Guangchengzi was calm and said, "This is also easy. I think the Golden Cicadazi and the Monkey must not be in the same heart as each other. Even if they have the name of a master and a disciple, they are not real, so why should they be afraid? If the disciples give some advice from it, why worry about the big things being accomplished?"

Laojun and Yuanshi looked at each other, laughed at each other with their hands and said, "One mind turns into two minds, and more minds will lead to chaos. It turns out that it is a good plan." Yuanshi asked again, "I wonder how I am going to do this big thing?"

Guangchengzi also smiled and said, "Please listen to the two masters. I remember that when the Emperor Gongsun Xuanyuan and Chiyou competed for hegemony, they were defeated repeatedly at first. The Nine Heavens Xuannv sought out the purple gold spirit hidden deep in the center of the earth for thousands of years to help Gongsun Xuanyuan cast divine weapons against Chiyou. Unfortunately, the purple gold spirits of thousands of years are unique in nature. Gongsun Xuanyuan casts soldiers with blood nine times, but nine times ended in failure. Gongsun Xuanyuan had no choice but to find another fine iron in the north and south to form a divine weapon Taixu, and finally killed Chiyou and ascended the throne of the human emperor.

This purple gold spirit. The disciple wanted to take it and refine it into treasure. Unexpectedly, it was contaminated with the blood of the Human Emperor, and it was created from nothing and was born from the soul. The disciple saw it interesting, so he passed on half of its Taoist Scripture, which was considered to be a registered disciple. Just because there was something to do later, he let it wander around the world and devote himself to practicing. This purple gold spirit has always been rarely interacting with outsiders. Not to mention that Buddhism does not know it, even if no one in our Taoist sect knows it, it just so happened to ask it to worship Jin Chanzi as his teacher to help his disciples do things."

Laojun said happily: "This is the best. Without further ado, Guangchengzi can set off immediately to find the purple gold spirit. When they meet, they will be very absent. If it can really make great contributions, it will be officially included in the Immortal Class in the future."

Yuanshi also said: "What the elder brother said is very much. Guangchengzi, you go now. Remember to keep this secret. If it is really an emergency, I promise you can do things cheaply."

Guangchengzi fell down and bowed to the order, then got up and left the palace gate. Laojun let go of his hidden worries for the time being and gave lectures on Taoism to Yuanshi, not mentioning it.
