Chapter 4: Sorry, you are not the protagonist

The next morning, the alarm was not ringing, and Zhou Yao opened his eyes with his snoring.

According to his script process, I will go to the headquarters of M Station in the city this morning to apply for a screenwriter.

Although I don’t know if there is really a job fair there today, after looking at the notebook on the table, Zhou Yao began to hum a small song while washing up.

"Hmph, God's script, just follow it. Today, M station must be recruiting!"

While imagining confidently, Zhou Yao wore the most core prop in the script - a black T-shirt.

After simply packing up the manuscript he wrote in the past, Zhou Yao read the script of God on the table again, left his residence and ran towards the bus stop with peace of mind.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, there were already crowds of people at the entrance of M Station. It seemed that all young people came to participate in the public job fair of this big company.

Zhou Yao took a look at the huge advertisement not far away, with photos of Director Jin Da printed on it.

It seems that all this began to operate in an orderly manner according to the script I wrote last night.

Thinking that he would be attracted by top domestic directors in a while, Zhou Yao, who was reading the recruitment information, couldn't help but giggle.

With the guidance of the staff during the period, Zhou Yao successfully arrived at the screenwriter interview floor.

"bite!"

The elevator door opened, but when Zhou Yao walked into the corridor, he was stunned.

The corridor was densely filled with young people wearing black T-shirts.

“…………”

For a moment, the scene in front of me was like a bolt from the blue, right between Zhou Yao's eyebrows.

"What's going on with this damn thing?"

The anxious Zhou Yao complained while taking out the recruitment manual he had just received.

Turning to the page of "Screenwriter Recruitment", in addition to some simple charter, there is also a special note below: All screenwriters who apply for this job are required to wear black T-shirts.

"What kind of regulations is this?"

Zhou Yao tore the application manual apart and observed it around.

"It's so bad. So many people are all black T-shirts. If you do this, my protagonist's recognition will be gone in an instant! Who knows which idiot will fall on my script then!"

Thinking of this, Zhou Yao's chest seemed to be blocked, and he couldn't say anything about his suffering, so he had to admit that he was unlucky.

"Hey, forget it, let's play today... If you want to work, just go back and write a rigorous script."

Helpless Zhou Yao had to squeeze in the crowd and stumbled to sign in and queue up.

“No. 43”

After Zhou Yao got his number card, he followed the staff to the main entrance of the interview hall.

Just as Zhou Yao walked into the team, he was surprised to find that the person standing in front of him, that is, the black clothes of No. 42, had two huge white words printed: black.

"Bang!"

Zhou Yao slapped himself in the face.

"What kind of script is this... Is it a trick? The so-called young man wearing a black T-shirt... Could it be this guy!?"

Hearing a crisp sound, No. 42 was so shocked that he quickly turned around.

Looking at this MuLeng guy, Zhou Yao could basically make a conclusion: this guy is the upright young man, he is the protagonist today!

Looking at Zhou Yao's painful eyes, the man spoke: "Hello, No. 43, I am No. 42, where do you feel uncomfortable?"

"It's really a stubborn person! He's so direct in his words."

Zhou Yao thought to himself.

Suddenly, Zhou Yao thought of a plan that he might be able to steal his scene in advance before the "protagonist" entered the field.

Immediately afterwards, Zhou Yao laughed: "Brother, that's it... I'm here to apply for the job... That's that... Uh... Can you ask you for a favor..."

Zhou Yao spoke intermittently, and at the same time began to organize his own language quickly in his brain.

On the 42nd, he was very generous. He turned around and said to Zhou Yao: "What's the matter? If you need my help, just say it!"

Hearing this, Zhou Yao was happy. This character was very consistent with the upright young man in the script. If he was only half sure of the protagonist in the script before, then Zhou Yao can now be almost 100% sure.

But looking at his firm little eyes, Zhou Yao had to whisper: "It's such a brother... I have something urgent to do, I'm going to rush home later... Can we change our seats..."

"no problem!"

Before Zhou Yao finished speaking, the straightforward No. 42 had already taken the initiative to give up the position.

"Ah hahaha, that's great! As long as I'm in front of this guy, I just need to say what I should say according to the script's deduction, and the protagonist of the script will naturally become me!"

Zhou Yao was thinking about it and was about to walk forward when suddenly a sound came out in front of him.

"No. 42!! Please raise your hand on No. 42!!"

Zhou Yao poked his head out and saw a staff member shouting at the crowd.

Hearing someone shouting his number, No. 42 quickly raised his hand and shouted: "This!! I'm here!!"

The staff hurried over with a stack of information, stood beside the crowd and started shouting: "Because there are too many applicants today, please follow me after the 42nd! The application location is changed to Office No. 2!!!"

Hearing this, No. 42 suddenly became excited: "Oh! That's great, so don't wait!"

When he said this, he had forgotten all the matter of changing positions with Zhou Yao.

Seeing such an emergency situation, Zhou Yao immediately began to plan a response. However, before he could come back to his senses, he had already entered the interview office with the staff on the 42nd.

"I X!!"

Seeing that the protagonist who was about to be obtained was forced back on track by the plot, Zhou Yao cursed again.

Suddenly, Zhou Yao recalled the text on the small notebook, which only mentioned that Director Jin Da was optimistic about the protagonist, but did not mention the results of the application.

Thinking of this, Zhou Yao clenched his fists. Perhaps... he still has the opportunity to deduce a better statement than No. 42 based on his previous script?!

Just as Zhou Yao was thinking hard, No. 42, full of spring light, walked out.
