However, several newly renovated power plants have planned to use Beifeng gas turbines. Now that the performance of Beifeng gas turbines has caught up, the five major power generation groups naturally have to take care of their own sons.

The thermal efficiency of cyclic combustion of these gas turbines of General Electric is about 58%. After installing a temperature difference power generation system, the overall thermal efficiency will be increased by 10% again, reaching an astonishing 68%.

It took 12 days to finally complete the new energy transformation of Weizhou coal gangue power plant.

With the start of trial operation and testing in Weizhou Coal Gang Stone Power Plant, truckloads of coal gangue and washing coal were poured into the crusher. After the initial crushing of the crusher, the coal gangue and washing coal became coarse particles.

These mixed coarse particles the size of fingers enter the gas training workshop through a conveyor belt. A large amount of N16 catalyst solution is sprayed in the mixed particles. With the assistance of water temperature and ultraviolet rays, the organic matter in the mixed coarse particles is quickly converted into methane and propane gas in large quantities.

The mixed gas passes through the gas pipeline, reaches the power plant area, and enters the gas turbine. Soon the output power of the power plant increases wildly.

A gas turbine generator set with a rated power of 300 megawatt actually exploded with an output power of 351 megawatts under full power operation.

Compared with ordinary coal-fired generator sets, under the same calorific value, coal-fired generator sets have only 40% efficiency, while the temperature difference + thermal efficiency of gas turbines has exploded to 68%.

The improvement of thermal efficiency allows the same fuel to exert a higher utilization rate, which not only reduces pollution emissions but also increases power supply. For power generation companies, the cost of power generation will further decrease.

After running for about two days, the engineers found out one by one and then shut down and improved.

Inside the factory area.

The electricity generated by the trial operation in the past two days has not been wasted, but is used to refine elements, extract methane and propane, and waste is shameful.

These extra methane and propane are stored in a reserve area 2.3 kilometers away from the factory area, specifically for emergency backup to deal with raw material shortages.

In addition, in the gas training factory, there is also a brand new process developed by Suiren Company and carbon dioxide decarbonization technology.

Wang Shuo, Du Jinhua and others were wearing anti-virus helmets and looked at the pure carbon powder compressed into carbon bricks. These pure carbon powders are products produced through carbon dioxide decarbonization technology.

"This technology is good, your Suiren Company's idea is really imaginative."

Du Jinhua smiled: "After all, energy will not disappear, it will only be transferred. We just preserve them in the form of fixed carbon."

Huaneng’s engineers admire them very much. They are insiders in the power industry and naturally know many of the difficulties in the domestic power generation industry.

At present, the domestic power industry faces difficulties, including the loss of long-distance power transmission, which accounts for 6 to 10% of the total power generation; another problem is the uneven temporal and spatial distribution of electricity consumption.

Especially wind power, photoelectric waste power, etc., can be called power grid killers, greatly increasing the difficulty of power regulation.

The emergence of carbon dioxide decarbonization technology is to solve the problem of power regulation, converting the electricity in the remaining time period into fixed carbon. When the power demand reaches the peak area, fixed carbon is used to refine it into water gas and send it to the gas power plant.

In this mode, the energy generated by wind power and photoelectricity can be fixed to achieve long-term preservation and call at any time and anywhere.

Carbon dioxide decarbonization workshop.

Several engineers are trying to modify several minor issues.

This technology is another major application of hexagonal ball oxygen.

The decarbonization workshop extracts carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and turns it into liquefied carbon dioxide through compression and condensation, and then injects six-cone ball oxygen for decarbonization. The refined products are pure carbon powder and pure oxygen.

Pure oxygen is not wasted, but is directly sent to the gas power generation system to increase the full combustion rate of the gas, so that the excess pure oxygen will be released into the atmosphere.

"Mr. Du, with your technology, you don't need to build energy storage reservoirs or the like, and it reduces the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Those foreigners' carbon neutrality traps will be ineffective for us." Wang Shuo smiled.

Due to the need for environmental protection and carbon neutrality, the thermal power industry, which accounts for the largest proportion of carbon dioxide emissions in China, is the industry that bears the brunt of the brunt.

Especially after the signing of the Copenhagen Agreement in December last year, the pressure on China's environmental protection has increased day by day.

This has also accelerated the in-depth cooperation between the five major power generation groups and Suiren Company.

Huaneng is the first power generation group to take the lead.

The model of Weizhou coal gangue power plant is not the final form, because the power plant does not have a supporting photoelectric field, wind power plant, etc. These garbage electricity is a huge supplement to gas training plants.

The next step of Huaneng Group is to introduce composite solar panels from the snail industry. Ning District is a solar-rich area with an annual total solar radiation of more than 1,740 kilowatt-hours/square meter.
