Software programming is not like chemical materials, and it is not difficult to bypass patents.

Perhaps the patents of industrial software have some patent problems, but they are just a little troublesome and are not yet at the point of difficulty.

The problem that truly restricts domestic industrial software is not a technical problem, but a software market and ecology.

Industrial software is different from commercial software. Industrial software is very closed, and developing industrial software requires you to have considerable industrial design experience.

In this regard, Western countries have obvious first-mover advantages. By occupying the market and a solid ecology, it is difficult for latecomers to intervene in this market.
