Chapter 43 The science and technology of public service advertisements are very important

As soon as the sky was dawn, five Opel half-track trucks were parked in front of the building where Conrad Chuze's house was located. Captain Bach jumped out of a truck led by the leader, and after a few shouts, a squad of paratroopers jumped out of each of the first four trucks.

Three squads of paratroopers were divided into martial law on the streets. Captain Bach personally led a squad of paratroopers to rush into Conrad Chuze's house and searched the house. No, it was moving.

Conrad Chuze was pulled aside by two paratroopers eyeing him and watched him watch, watching the paratroopers sweep his room, not letting go of every part and every drawing.

In the end, Conrad Chuze failed to escape the misfortune of being moved. He was carried downstairs with his arms and stuffed into a truck by two paratroopers with their backs and bears.

When Conrad Chuze, in handcuffs, got off the car, he found himself in a military camp, which was the headquarters of the Herman Goring Regiment.

Conrad Chuze, along with his Z-2 computer and drawings, was stuffed into a long-empty officer dormitory.

"Without my order, he is not allowed to leave this building. Let the cafeteria send people to deliver food to him every day, and not abuse him. Have a good attitude and treat him as an Air Force captain."

After Chen Dao finished his explanation, he returned to his team leader's office. Soon after, Gorene, who received the notice, came late.

Golin, sleepy-eyed, sat opposite Chen Dao and stretched his waist first.

"If you don't give me a good reason, I will definitely deduct your dividends. The charge is to disturb my sleep."

"My reason is very good. I discovered a big business." Chen Dao said.

Goring's eyes lit up, and the fatigue in his eyes shone.

Holding the armrest of the chair, Golin stared at Chen Dao with bright eyes.

"What business? How large is it? What is the profit margin? What is the cost?" Goring asked four questions in a row.

"Do you know the steam engine? The steam engine invented by Watt triggered the first industrial revolution and brought humanity into the steam era."

"Stop." Golin shouted, "Don't do popular science for me, don't force me to pull out my gun."

"I remember the last time you said you were going to pull out a gun, I was explaining the cuckoo plan to you." Chen Dao reminded Gorene.

Golin immediately calmed down, "Is it a business of the size of the Cuckoo Plan? Tell me quickly?"

"No, compared to this business, the cuckoo plan is not worth mentioning at all. Where did I just talk about?"

"The First Industrial Revolution." Goring reminded. "I know that the Second Industrial Revolution is an electrical revolution. Tell me directly, what does our business have to do with the Industrial Revolution?"

"The business I mentioned can trigger the third industrial revolution, let's call it the technological revolution. How much profit can this business be?" Chen Dao asked.

Goring's fat body bounced up from the chair like a ball, leaned forward, supported his desk with both hands, staring at Chen Dao from a high place.

"Are you sure this thing can trigger the technological revolution you mentioned? I read less, so don't lie to me."

Chen Dao pointed at his eyes and looked at Goring, "Looking at my eyes, do I seem to be lying?"

Goren stared at Chen Dao for two minutes, then sat back on his chair, pinched his fingers and said excitedly: "If this business can really trigger the third industrial revolution, the word profit is no longer enough. We are equivalent to opening a printing factory."

After a moment, Gorene suddenly calmed down. "Is there any disadvantage of this business?"

"Disadvantage?" Chen Dao thought for a while and said: "If you talk about the disadvantages, the only disadvantage of this business is that the investment cycle is relatively long and the early profit is relatively small. But we can operate it to make the early profit more."

"How long is the investment cycle?" asked Goring.

"I estimate that large-scale profit recovery should be fifty years later," Chen Dao said.

"Fifty years later?" The excitement on Gorin's face immediately subsided a lot, and he frowned and thought. After a few minutes, Gorin cheered up again.

"Fifty years are fifty years, and I always leave some legacy for Ada. I will treat this business as the biggest legacy left to Ada. But are you sure this thing can really trigger the industrial revolution?" Gorling said.

"I'll take you to see that thing later. If you are worried, there will be a big business. This business can recover profits in about five years, and this business is also an epoch-making business, which can also trigger an industrial revolution."

"What business is it?" Golin asked with a trembling whole body.

"The first business I mentioned is called computers, the second business is called nuclear fission, or atomic energy technology. These two technologies can completely change the world."

"Nuclear fission? Atomic energy?" Goring asked with his eyes flashing: "Is nuclear fission really so important?"

"Of course, nuclear fission technology can create a super bomb, and a bomb can destroy a city if it goes down. It can also be used to build nuclear reactor power plants. In short, it is an epoch-making technology. Nuclear fission technology and computer technology will definitely trigger the third industrial revolution. I believe I am right." Chen Dao said confidently.

"You know, I couldn't help but pull out my gun when I heard the word culture, let alone these inconspicuous science and technology."

"Your mentality is a disease and you have to be treated. Remember, from a political perspective, science and technology are the primary productive force; from a military perspective, science and technology are the primary combat force; from a commercial perspective, science and technology are the first money printing machine. If you don't pay attention to science and technology, you won't become a great politician; if you don't pay attention to science and technology, you won't become a powerful military strategist; if you don't pay attention to science and technology, you won't become the richest man in the world."

Golin pulled out a pen from the pen holder on Chen Dao's desk, asked Chen Dao for a piece of paper, and wrote down what Chen Dao had just said. He folded the paper and stuffed it into his pocket. Golin said with lingering fear: "Since 1937, we have begun to study nuclear fission, codenamed the uranium project. I didn't know that this technology is so important that I almost missed a major business opportunity. Fortunately, you have reminded me."

Chen Dao became interested and asked: "The uranium project? Is it the atomic bomb? What is the research progressing?"

"I don't know, I didn't care about this before. I will pay more attention to it in the future." Gorling said.

"The uranium plan must be treated as the most important project, and the results can be produced in at most five years. I can guarantee it." Chen Daoxin said that if there is no effect in five years, he might as well commit suicide.

If Germany cannot have an atomic bomb in five years, the two "naughty kids" of the US "fat man" and "little boy" might have gone to Germany to roll on and create mushroom clouds. When Chen Dao thought of that scene, he felt his scalp tightening.

"I will find a way to remind the head of the uranium program to increase the priority and then add budgets," said Gorene.

"The first priority must be the first priority." Chen Dao reminded.

"I remember. Are we going to see the computer you mentioned?" Gorling said.
