Chapter 320 The supreme meaning of the eastward plan

readx;

The first meeting that Chen Dao welcomed was not a combat meeting, but a political meeting on which occupation policy was implemented on the Eastern Front battlefield.

Chen Dao was able to attend this meeting because after the outbreak of the war, half of Poland occupied by the Soviet Union was liberated and would be classified as the Polish governor for governance.

In addition to half of Poland occupied by the Soviet Union, part of Ukraine will also be classified under the Polish Governor's Office.

Shortly after the meeting began, the meeting room of the Prime Minister's Office was clearly divided into two factions to argue.

One of the factions is the "carrot" faction composed of Intelligence Director Canaris, Minister of Things in the Eastern Occupied Area Rosenberg and Chen Dao. Chen Dao advocates giving Ukrainians a certain degree of autonomy and using them to serve Germany.

Another faction belongs to the "big stick" faction in the bare land, with members of the designated Ukrainian Governor Koch and the Minister of Agriculture and Food Buck. They firmly oppose the occupation policy of Chen Dao and the other two. They believe that the Ukrainians are even lower than any of the lowest Germans, and can only enslave and plunder them, and there is no elementary education. Their educational level is only necessary to understand the German traffic signs and not be hit by a car to death.

"Enslave them, squeeze them, and then kill them, that's the occupation policy we are going to implement in Ukraine."

In the conference room, Koch waved his arms and shouted arrogantly.

Hearing Koch's clamor, Hitler, one of the two major soy sauce parties in the conference room, muttered in a low voice: "It's incredible that a race that has no contribution to world civilization actually lives in such a rich land!"

Gorene sat on Hitler's right hand, and Chen Dao sat on Gorene's right hand. Hitler's muttering sound penetrated into Chen Dao's ears without a word.

Although Hitler did not express his opinion, he obviously favored Koch and Buck.

However, as the supreme authority of Germany, he would put an end to the meeting once he spoke, and his attitude would also become the conclusion of the theme of the meeting. Therefore, he temporarily served as the leader of the Soy Sauce Party and decided to listen to the suggestions of the two factions first, wait for the two factions to come to a conclusion, and then choose a plan that is most in line with Germany's interests.

Gorene also stood on the side of Koch and Buck. He was just not able to publicly refute Chen Dao in public, so he temporarily joined the soy sauce party led by Lao Xi.

Chen Dao knew Hitler and Goring's attitude, and knew that Koch could not be allowed to continue clamoring, so as not to let the two major soy sauce parties change their temporary neutral position. By then, nothing will be irreversible.

Seizing Koch's opportunity to drink water and rest, Chen Dao retorted tit-for-tat: "The Slavs are indeed not as good as the Germans in general. But among the Slavs who are extremely low in your eyes, great writers like Tolstoy, Chekhov and Pushkin were born, and great musicians like Tchaikovsky and Stravinsky were born. Military strategists like Suvorov, Kutuzov, and politicians like Peter the Great and Ekaterina II were born.

With your cultural level, you definitely don’t know the existence of these people. If you can say what you just said, I can forgive your ignorance, but none of the occupation policies you just mentioned can be adopted. Head of State, I am deeply doubtful of Mr. Koch’s ability, and I strongly recommend that a more educated person be the governor of Ukraine.”

Chen Dao's words were like a flame thrown into a gasoline barrel, which instantly triggered Koch's full anger.

"You poor Polish governor, don't mention culture with me. You don't understand Ukraine's positioning in the imperial jurisdiction, and don't use the idealist policies implemented in Poland to interfere in Ukraine's affairs."

Hitler followed: "The Slavs had a large population base. Occasionally, a few outstanding figures could not change their overall inferior reality. They could not be treated as citizens of the empire, treated them equally with the Germans, and could not be too kind to them. As for the suggestion of replacing the Ukrainian governor, it was really rude."

Hearing that Hitler was obviously helping him, Koch glanced at Chen Dao with a proud groan. He groaned in his nose, and the contempt was obvious.

Chen Dao said: "There is a military law, not afraid of opponents like gods, but fear of teammates like pigs. The Head of State. Although it is rude to say this, it is a pity that Mr. Koch's remarks all show that he is likely to be the legendary teammate of pigs. If he allows him to implement his occupation policy in Ukraine, it will put us in a situation of fighting on both sides, and our army has to pay the price of two armies for his stupidity. And most importantly, we will lose the priceless treasure of our atrocities in Ukraine that we will rule Europe and lead the world in the future. So, no matter what, we cannot adopt his advice, and I strongly demand that the Ukrainian Governor be replaced. Of course, if Mr. Koch can change his position, we can consider keeping him."

"Heinz von Rosen," Koch glared at Chen Dao and shouted: "Don't exaggerate."

"Governor Rosen, you cannot insult the comrades in the party like this. This is a very serious occasion. We are discussing important matters that concern the interests of the country. Please pay attention to your own words and attitudes." Buck said.

"I must be polite to comrades in the party, but I am already very polite to the sinners of the country and the nation." Chen Dao said.

Goring was holding a cigar and saw blue veins bursting from Koch's head. Buck's face was not good-looking. He spitted out a smoke ring in a casual manner and said indifferently: "Heinz, what do you mean when you said the two-line combat is? What is the relationship between Ukraine and the two-line combat?"

Goering's question reminded Hitler.

"What are the two armies you mentioned, and the priceless treasures that rule Europe and lead the world?" Hitler asked.

"My head of state is bluffing, with the ability of the inferior Slavs, it is impossible for us to restrain the two armies. The British have already negotiated with us, and fighting on both sides no longer exists for us." Koch said.

"People who don't understand military should not point fingers at military affairs. If you don't understand politics, don't participate in politics. Isn't there the word modesty in your dictionary?" Chen Dao said.

"What I mean by two-line combat is not the traditional sense of east and west, but the two fronts and rear. If we follow his approach, we bring Ukrainians, the Belarusians are the extortion of slavery and no bottom line, and the Ukrainians will inevitably resist."

"Our army can kill all the rebels," Koch said.

Chen Dao looked at Koch in disgust and said, "I just said that laymen should not point fingers at military affairs. Please be modest. If you don't understand modesty, you can stay silent."

After dealing with Koch, Chen Dao continued to say to Hitler: "Ukraine has a population of about 40 million. According to the calculation that one rebel among the 100 people, Mr. Koch's misconduct in Ukraine can roughly create 400,000 guerrillas for us, plus the broken Soviet Red Army. There is an estimated underground resistance force of 500,000 people in Ukraine. In order to deal with these 500,000 guerrillas, we need to dispatch five to six divisions, including at least one motorized division.

On the other hand, if we can adopt a relatively moderate occupation policy, control the number of guerrillas to a minimum, and even use captured Soviet weapons to arm some Ukrainians as minions to deal with guerrillas, or pull them to the front line to fight against the Soviet Red Army. With the combat effectiveness of our army, five or six divisions can be worth a Soviet army. Ukrainian minions can also fight against a Soviet army, so that's how it counts."

"If we calculate this method, we can have two additional armies on the front line, and these two armies can kill two Soviet armies. Together, they should be four armies." Rosenberg said.

Intelligence Director Canaris no longer remained silent.

"Let's look at the map. The front line is from west to east. It's similar to a horizontal horn. The more the front line is transferred to the east, the wider the front line. When it reaches the Moscow line, it will exceed 3,000 kilometers. By that time, the strength of each division is very important, let alone two armies. Therefore, Governor Rosen's suggestion is very important. The two-line combat concept he mentioned in the front and rear fronts is also very practical. The head of state. I suggest you consider it carefully."

Chen Dao said: "Don't think that the guerrillas are easy to deal with. Our Japanese allies are holding up a large number of troops in the occupied areas on the Chinese battlefield. We should take it as a warning."

Koch said disdainfully: "Why does Governor Rosen always like to exaggerate? The Japanese cannot beat Chinese guerrillas, which only means that their combat effectiveness is too weak. Do you think the German team cannot beat Ukrainian guerrillas?"

Chen Dao covered his forehead in pain and sighed.

"It's really painful to talk about military affairs with laymen. You can't be a quiet gentleman? The terrible thing about guerrillas is not combat effectiveness, but their way of fighting. When regular troops come to wipe them out, they will burrow into the woods, swamps and mountains to hide. When the army withdraws, they will magically appear in places we unexpectedly, such as trains and car transport teams on railways and roads. Why do I explain these to you, an outsider, only waste my energy and saliva."

Koch was furious at Chen Dao's naked disdain and was about to fight back, but Hitler suddenly said: "What Heinz said makes sense. The military force issue is indeed a big problem, and the guerrillas are not so easy to wipe out. We have occupied France for a year and a half, and the guerrillas there are still in secret. The guerrillas in Poland are even more rampant, but since Heinz took office as the governor of Poland, the situation has been reversed. This is due to Heinz's more moderate occupation policy in Poland, which weakened the Poles' resistance. Heinz, I will consider your proposal. Tell me, what is the priceless treasure you mentioned just now?"

"Daoyi." Chen Dao put away his contempt for Koch and said seriously.

"Don't you think morality is too illusory? We don't need to be moral to the Ukrainians." Koch said contemptuously.

Chen Dao covered his forehead again and said in pain: "I really can't communicate with you. People who don't understand anything are terrible."

Seeing that Chen Dao talked about the key issues, Golin stepped forward without hesitation to support Chen Dao.

"It doesn't matter if he doesn't understand. The Head of State, I, and others can understand. Keep talking and don't be disturbed by him."

Koch was so angry that he was so angry that he almost fainted when he was angry at Goring's last-ditch effort that he almost fainted. Then he heard Hitler's voice again.

"Don't interfere with Heinz, listen to him."

Buck, Rosenberg and Canaris cast sympathetic eyes on Koch.

The three of them had similar ideas. They actually publicly opposed "My brother-in-law" in front of the head of state, oh, and the Imperial Marshal. You really don't understand politics.

Seeing that Koch's arrogance was temporarily suppressed, Chen Dao continued: "I have always believed that the higher the level of thought, the higher the achievement. I would like to ask a question, what is the purpose of our attack on the Soviet Union? What is the purpose of our bloody battle with the British before?"

"I went east to the Soviet Union to compete for survival space. Don't you know?" Koch finally seized the opportunity and asked Chen sarcastically.

"Fighting with Britain is to avoid fighting on both sides, which is what you said. There is also the factor of Churchill, the German-hate element, so we have to fight with Britain until Britain surrenders." Hitler said.

"Fighting for living space is just a high-sounding statement. To put it more directly, it is to grab money, food, and territory. This is a naked robbery act. Unfortunately, Mr. Koch, your thoughts are still at the low level of the slave society of the Roman Empire or the pirate society of the Age of Discovery more than two thousand years ago. It is completely incompatible with modern society. You should stay silent."

Rosenberg's old face flushed slightly. He was not only the minister of affairs in the Eastern Occupied Area, but also the ideological mentor of the Nazi Party. He had always advocated the slogan he advocated, but was criticized by Chen Dao as a low-level realm. He immediately asked unhappily: "Governor Rosen, what do you think is the high-level realm?"

Everyone in the conference room looked at Chen Dao, and a deep thought appeared in Hitler's eyes.

Chen Daoran suddenly stood up, looked down at everyone and said, "My thoughts are pure. We are fighting to unify Europe."

Hitler and others were as if a thunder sounded in their ears, and they stared at Chen Dao speechlessly like a shocked wooden sculpture.

Chen Dao walked behind Hitler, pointed to the map and said, "Whether it was advancing eastward or fighting with Britain, it was to clear the way for the great dream of unifying Europe. If you think that our fighting with Britain was just to grab colonies, and fighting with the Soviet Union was just to grab money, food, and territory, then unfortunately, our thinking was not in the same dimension at all, and there was no need to continue talking about it.

After unifying Europe, we must unite the power of Europe to lead the world. Do you think the people of the world will be willing to be led by a robber or an executioner?

Think about the British and look at how the British do it. The British all know that the essence of pirates is labeled as a gentleman to pretend. But some of us actually want to label Germany naked as a "robber" and "executioner" as a world-inclusive label. What do you want to do? Are you willing to let the world write a Ukrainian version of "Rabe Diary"?"

Faced with Chen Dao's questioning, the people in the conference room collectively lost their voices.

Hitler's straight and straight body slowly leaned against the back of the seat, muttering to himself: "Unify Europe! Lead the world! It turns out that your eyes are so great." (To be continued.)
