Of course, some parts can be inspected without disassembly, so there is no need to be such trouble. It is mainly for electrical aspects.

The disassembled parts will return to each assembly department, clean with gasoline, and then inspect. If there is a fault, the cause of the fault must be analyzed immediately, processed, and then reassembled.

Even so, these engines can not be installed directly on the butt of the fighter plane and push the fighter plane to soar towards the sky.

There is also an acceptance test, which is also conducted on the ground platform of the test workshop.

The test process is all monitored by electronic information, that is, connecting the engine to the equipment in the test workshop to establish a local area network, and feeding it to the monitoring computer with special software in the monitoring room. Simply put, it is actually a platform that simulates fighter jets in the ground workshop. The engine works on the platform, just like a pilot can detect the operating status of the entire engine in the cockpit. However, the data detected by this acceptance test is more and more detailed than that of the pilot.

Everything in the engine is run through external inspections, such as ignition, accelerator, etc. At the same time, the speed of the impeller, the air pressure of the air inlet, the thrust it can be provided, etc. are automatically detected and fed back to the computer.

Each of these data will be collected and used to build a database.

This monitoring software was developed after the completion of the WS-6 and was constantly being improved.
