Chapter 51

Alexander Pierce pushed open the door to Nick Fury's office and walked in with a smile on his face.

"Oh, you're here."

Nick Fury put down the documents in his hand, took out a bottle of red wine and two cups from the wine cabinet beside him, and poured one for Alexander Pierce.

"Taste, the new wine I just got from France."

"Did you use the funds of SHIELD like this?" Pierce glared at Fury in a fake manner, then pulled away the chair and sat opposite Fury, picked up the wine glass and took a sip, "It tastes good, wait and take me two bottles away."

Putting down the wine glass, Pierce pretended to be careless and pointed to the documents on the table, asking: "Doesn't have enough staff in SHIELD recently? Do you want the director to handle the documents yourself?"

"Ha! This," Nick Fury shook his head and smiled, throwing the document to Pierce, "This is an investigation report I just received from the FBI. I think it's quite interesting, so I'll take it to take a look and pass the time."

"Can I see?"

Pierce took the file but was not in a hurry to open it.

"Of course, it's not important intelligence."

Nick Fury shrugged and made a self-indulgent gesture to Pierce.

"Craft Lee?" Pierce knocked his index finger on his forehead and recalled, "The one in the mechanical war pet?"

"Hmph, the group of people from the Security Council have indeed made up his mind."

From the focus of Pierce's memory, Nick Fury can guess why he knew Craft.

Pierce did not deny it, "You know Nick, as long as it is something that can reduce military spending, it is impossible for those guys to be uninterested."

As he said that, he continued to search for the documents in his hand.

"Let me see what did this kid do? He was actually targeted by the FBI."

Nick Fury didn't bother him anymore. While drinking the wine in the glass, he quietly waited for the old boss to finish reading the documents.

"This portable pacemaker is a bit interesting, but unfortunately it has too many defects. And we are not short of such first aid methods. If it solves the explosion problem, it can be used as a regular first aid item for ordinary people."

After closing the document in his hand, Alexander Pierce shook his head. Apart from the Goblin pacemaker XL type, he didn't like even a solar skateboard.

As early as when the solar skateboard series was released, these forces actually estimated that this thing could increase their efforts. Even if Craft's skateboard performance exceeded their expectations, they did not have similar or even better equipment.

The core value of skateboard lies in the solar energy device. The solar energy company under Martin Lee has established a lot of cooperation with the official, so there is no need to go to Craft to do skateboarding technology.

As for miniature eavesdropping, they have no shortage of agents, so the equipment displayed by Craft looks magical, but for agents such as SHIELD, Hydra, or FBI, they are all tasteless and can’t be a pity for discarding them.

"It's true," Nick Fury nodded in agreement, "so the FBI did not do anything to do in the intelligence, and directly handed over the investigation report, because in their opinion, the little guy's invention is of no use to them."

Speaking of this, Nick Fury showed a sarcastic smile on his face, and Alexander Pierce's face also had the same expression.

"The FBI's business level is getting worse and worse." Pierce shook his head and sighed: "Although these inventions are not very useful, this little guy..."

“There is great potential.”

The two of them said in unison, then looked at each other and raised their glasses to touch each other for a tacit understanding.

"So you're going to absorb him into SHIELD?"

Pierce asked, swallowing the red wine in his mouth.

"I have this idea, but I'm not in a hurry," Nick Fury nodded and replied helplessly: "This little guy is not friendly to the official American and non-Asian races."

"racism?"

Alexander Pierce raised his eyebrows. The reason he paid attention to Craft was just because of the mechanical war pets and didn't know anything about the others. Hydra had worked with a racist during World War II, which was not a wonderful experience.

"Not counting." Nick Fury chuckled and shook his head, briefly mentioning the identities and experiences of Craft and Martin Lee. "It's not so much about racial discrimination, but rather a kind of - because you discriminate against me, I also want to discriminate against your revenge mentality."

"Hahaha...it's really a childish idea."

Pierce laughed twice, raised his glass to block the expression on his face.

The Magia Gang? Eight years ago? Could it be Strack?

Although they are both Hydras, the contents of Alexander Pierce and Baron Strack are not the same, so he only probably knows that Baron Strack had used gangsters to conduct large-scale human experiments many years ago.

Nick Fury didn't know Pierce's psychological activities, so he laughed, "He was still a child, so I don't plan to contact him too early."

"Okay, that's all the chat."

Pierce nodded and agreed with Fury's idea. Before Craft could realize his potential, there was no need for Hydra to rush to absorb him. She could wait for Nick Fury to take action before slowly trying to do it.

"The Avengers plan has been rejected by the Council."

Putting down the wine glass in his hand, Alexander Pierce brought Nick Fury a reply from the Council.

"Most of them believe that the army of their own country can handle everything, and those 'freaks' themselves are unstable factors and cannot be controlled by others."

"I didn't plan to control them either."

Nick Fury rolled his one-eyed eyes.

"I'm talking to the Council as well," Pierce shrugged, and pursed his mouth and showed a helpless expression. "But they don't like to have another team that is not under their control. Your S.H.E.L.D is enough for them to have a headache."

Speaking of this, Pierce laughed gloatingly.

"So I think you won't give up your Avengers plan as the Council means?"

"Of course," Nick Fury leaned back and looked like a rogue, "As long as I set up the Avengers without hiding them, what if they object? You won't tell me, right?"

"Did you forget it? Nick," Alexander Pierce raised his glass and touched Nick Fury again, "We are in the same group."
