Chapter 7 Horadrim Ruins 1

Chapter 7: The Ruins of Heradim 1 ()

On July 5, 1403, Roman Calendar, in the deep mountains north of Shanjian City.

Rowan Fanoen's death on June 29 did not cause much shock in Shanjian City.

Just a little Count! Even though he is very rich, in addition to adding table topics to the boring ladies such as jealousy and buying murderous people, Luo Wen's death is like a drop of water falling into the sea, splashing a small ripples, but it soon becomes as calm as before.

But Arthur knew that this was all appearance. The nobles with more sensitive noses than dogs must have smelled something. Less than three hours after Rowan's death, many suspicious men appeared outside the hotel where Arthur and others lived, and they inquire about the guests through various ways. This should be the spies of the nobles who participated in the frame-up of Rossell.

Arthur, who was doing things without any loss, had already prepared a way to deal with it. He just used many strange pens and powder to tinker with Maxim and Isabella's face for a few times, and their faces changed drastically. Maxim's angular square face became softer, and Isabella's round face lines also became the kind of sharp lines common to noble ladies. Balzac and others, who had been with them for dozens of days, felt that the two were like changing faces, not to mention that they were just the killer who chased them three years ago.

On the 30th, Arthur took the next mission to explore the ruins and a long-term mission to find Princess Daisy Maserati in the Adventurers Guild, and took everyone away from Shanjian City in a big way. Several spies followed them for a while, but gave up before the sun set. It probably felt that this ordinary adventure group was not like an assassin.

Speaking of which, this relic exploration mission is very strange. It took less than half a month to hang out, but the reward was extremely generous. What’s even more strange is that no one has completed it in half a month.

But soon Arthur and the others knew the answer.

"Huh! These white wolves are very strong, and they are probably close to the second level."

After Balzac's scepter smashed the head of the last white wolf, he wiped off the blood from his face and said to everyone.

"These first-level white wolves have almost the second-level strength."

Arthur seemed to know the Demon Wolf very well, "speed, strength, and endurance, except for the lack of spell casting ability, have reached the standard of the second-level flame Demon Wolf."

Arthur inserted the greatsword back into the scabbard, "This large-scale mutation shows that the goal of this mission should be the magical ruins. Following the guidance of the mutated monsters, we should be able to find the ruins quickly."

"So...will the remains of the monsters stronger? Can we deal with them?"

As the captain, Balzac’s first consideration is not to complete the task, but to ensure the survival of the team.

"Do you know the saliva of the volcanic dragon?"

Arthur's smile on the corner of his mouth had a bit of sly.

"vomit!"

When the female mage Belanchi heard Arthur mention the saliva of the volcanic dragon, she immediately covered her mouth, and seemed to be disgusted.

"Well, it seems Miss Belanche knows that kind of thing."

"Bellanchi, what is that?"

The female mage's reaction aroused the curiosity of the arrogant priest.

"Eilena, the saliva of the volcanic dragon, is definitely the punishment of the gods to mankind!"

After saying this, it was as if Arthur was a zombie emitting a foul smell all over his body. Belanche stepped a few steps with a disgusting expression and hid behind Balzac.

Balzac could only express his apology with his eyes for Belanchi's reaction.

"It doesn't matter."

Arthur didn't care about Belanchi's rudeness. He said with an unfathomable smile, "Because you will soon react the same way as Miss Belanchi."

Arthur's prophecy was soon fulfilled. An hour later, except for the killer Hegel and Arthur holding a dark green liquid, each of the two adventure groups was wrapped in thick strips of cloth on their faces, protecting their noses tightly, for fear that the scent that could make people fainted penetrated into the gap.

However, it would be fine if Hegel had to respond to the odor of the strongest warrior who had to retreat. The olfactory control of the third-level killer could close the sense of smell. But Arthur was just a Templar, so why could he resist the stench of dragon saliva in the volcanic land?

He has a deep connection with the Adventurer Guild, knowledgeable, and has all kinds of strange props... Arthur, who is he?

As time passed, Balzac became more and more curious about Arthur and became more determined to believe in his heart.

Six hours later, with the great power of the volcanic dragon saliva, Arthur and others found the remains before the darkness came.

This ruin looks very ordinary. There is an entrance with huge rocks on the mountain wall, and each stone is carved with curved words, like a snake.

In addition to the entrance to the ruins, there are two pyramid-shaped piles of stones, about one person tall. Each pyramid starts from the top of the tower, and there are dozens of round holes on each side. Along the way, everyone saw twenty-two such pyramids.

"The stone chamber built in the mountain, the curved characters... This is a ruin of Heradim."

Arthur put a circular mirror protruding from the edge to the center into the space ring and said.

“Heradim?”

The men and women gathered outside the ruins looked at me, I looked at you, and finally turned their eyes to Arthur.

"Okay, OK! I've lost to you!"

For these companions who devoted all their energy to pursuing more powerful power, Arthur could only shrug helplessly. Looking at their confused look, Arthur finally understood why this exploration of ruins was banned in the Adventurer Guild for half a month, but no one completed it.

"Heradim is the most famous magic genre in ancient times, and he is good at magic circles and magic transformation. Heradim's power is beyond the imagination of the world. We all know that skill mutation is a necessary factor in advanced legends. This can be done even by a mage apprentice who just joined Heradim."

"The mages of Heradim have applied magic circles to perfection. They can carve thousands of magic circles on any object. It is said that the mages of Heradim can build a huge magic circle that instantly transmits a division of ten thousand people."

"The Hradim masters were also the first humans to propose the concept of law. The divine talisman is Heradim's understanding and application of law."

"Unfortunately, Heradim only enrolled the elite style, which made Heradim, who had lost a lot of members, ended up in a slump in the late period of the Doomsday War and eventually disappeared, leaving only secret rooms all over the mainland."

A brief introduction to the glory of Heradim, Arthur changed the subject, "This also shows that the ruins of Heradim are more dangerous and terrifying than most of them."

After saying this, Arthur looked at everyone quietly, waiting for their choice.

"Arthur, are you sure?"

After a long time, Balzac asked. It seemed that he was planning to make a decision based on Arthur's answer.

"This ruin is a second-level Heradim mage's laboratory. The second-level Heradim mage is equivalent to the current fourth-level. The ancient Heradim were all research madmen, and I guess there are many wonderful gadgets in this laboratory."

He listened to Arthur's tone, he tended to explore.

"It's not my style to see the treasure mountain but not to be in my way."

Perhaps it was Hradim's former glory that touched Balzac, and he decided to take a try.

Another leader, Isabella, had a simpler answer, with only a short sentence, "I have confidence in you."
