Chapter 4 The Cabin in the Woods

On the mountain of Brick Jad, a bonfire was lit. A blonde female reporter wearing a gray suit skirt suit was interviewing everywhere. Brian was taking a DV and photographing it.

"Hello, are you a local?" asked the female reporter grabbed a lonely girl. The girl was about seventeen years old, with pretty short black hair, looking very sweet and shy. She was wearing a black cloak and a long sword on her waist, and she looked like a cute version of a female mercenary, but she looked obviously drunk now.

"A real warrior will never ask this question." The girl said righteously with her cheeks flushed.

“Can you answer my question?”

"You have no sense of honor. If someone asks this, I will let him splatter blood on the spot." The girl acted as a gesture to draw her sword.

"Okay, okay...... Then what entertainment activities do you usually have? Is this your first time attending the entertainment festival in Chamberlain Town?"

"I travel in a river of blood." The girl burped.

"No, you are serious. What career do you usually work in? Are you still a student?"

"The only blood of my enemies that I love and desire!"

"I said ma'am, why are you so excited?"

"Demacia!!!"

"Why are you yelling at me all of a sudden?"

"Demacia!!!"

"Forget it, I'm not going to do it anymore!" The blonde reporter dropped the microphone and turned around and left. Brian quickly turned off the DV and chased after him.

Zhou Zhou also followed him quietly. As soon as he arrived at the camp, the shaman and Laura were busy building yurts, while Zhou Zhou looked for an opportunity to get close to Brian. Then he found that Brian was not here to camp alone, but came with a female reporter named Lisa. It seemed that Brian and Lisa were a couple, but Lisa obviously had no interest in the hobby of otaku, so she started her old career.

"Lisa, Lisa." Brian chased after Lisa's name.

"We came here to relax for travel, not to complete the tasks. There is no need to bring our study plan here. Just relax with me." Brian smiled and hugged Lisa's shoulders.

Lisa curled her lips and said angrily: "Our professor wants to write an English textbook for foreign students, and needs some daily listening dialogue materials that reflect American life. I thought this carnival would be a good material. Who knows that these people are all a bunch of freaks. You must know that if you perform well, the professor might give me more extracurricular performance points."

"I know, future educators. We don't shoot them. Don't we have treasure hunting activities the day after tomorrow? Let's shoot that. I have already thought about the topic, and it's called modern urban treasure hunting adventure."

"What is a modern treasure hunt? I've heard you say it before, but I don't understand."

"You're like this every time, and you never listen to what I said?" Now Brian has turned to black.

Lisa quickly made up for it, kissed Brian on the cheek and said, "I thought you had brought me to the world of two people. Treasure hunting is just an excuse."

After the rain and the sky cleared, Brian began to introduce it seriously: "City treasure hunt is a popular sport around the world. It started with 2000 faces. This sport mainly uses personal handheld GPS to find hidden boxes, so it is a high-tech treasure hunt. Technology enthusiasts like this game because it requires technology. Walkers like this game because it requires a long way to go."

"What is the box filled with diamonds? Are there any other diamonds? If you use GPS, do you give coordinates?" Lisa said curiously.

Brian explained: "Why are you so vulgar? We pursue the fun of treasure hunting, not treasures. The things in the box are usually not very valuable. They are usually DVDs or models, and there is a notebook in them. You can write your name on the notebook and find any treasures in what month or day. Of course, if you take out the treasure, you have to put it in something of equal value. As for the coordinates, they are downloaded from a website in advance."

Lisa sighed and said, "I would rather have a cheesy diamond. But at least we can still live in the world of two."

When Brian heard this, he suddenly looked embarrassed.

Lisa stared at Brian's face and suddenly raised her voice and said, "You won't take your friends with you again!"

"Don't say it's so ugly. Inspector Jack is very capable. He just broke up and needs to relax."

Lisa looked at Brian with a slant expression on her face, staring at her until someone interrupted the silence when Brian could no longer hold on.

"Hello, Miss reporter. I heard you are doing an interview. Can I help?" Zhou Zhou volunteered.

Lisa immediately sorted out her appearance, smiled with a professional smile, and came to Zhou Zhou with a recorder and said, "Hello, I am writing an English textbook for the school, and I need materials. I just need an interview. It's great that you can help. Well, let's start now. Where are you from?"

"I came from Silent Hill, which was a sparsely populated place with thick coal seams underground. There was thick fog all year round." Zhou Zhou began to run the train with his mouth full of mouth.

In this way, Zhou Zhou and the others finally talked to Brian, Lisa and the others, and finally got a first-hand relationship with them.

The next day, they participated in the fantasy "war". People wore various fantasy style costumes, waving swords, and fighting hammers, saying strange lines one after another. At the same time, they placed POSEs on the camera and the DV machine, which completely vented the soul of the middle school that had been suppressed for many years.

Zhou Zhou and the others also had a lot of fun.

The next afternoon, Brian and the others met with Inspector Jack (a middle-aged man wearing a jacket and trousers) and were about to set off. Zhou Zhou and the others also joined their team at this time. Brian was an otaku who was willing to share his hobbies, so he was naturally very happy to have an extra companion.

They had just left the camp and were followed. It turned out to be the Demacia girl last night.

"Hello, sorry I was drunk last night. I'm Rachel, are you Mr. Brian of the Committee? I really like your speech. Are you going to treasure hunt? Can you add me one?"

Brian refused to accept the visitor, so in Lisa's helpless eyes, there was another member.

In this way, three men and four women got into a jeep and set off together.

One minute

One hour

Two hours

The jeep stopped and Zhou Zhou woke up. He looked ahead and saw a forest in front of him. There was a huge entrance to two-tall drainage pipe in the middle of the forest.

“The destination should be right in front.”

After Brian said that, he took the lead in entering the drain pipe. Lisa frowned and followed. Detective Jack chatted with Rachel while following, and walked in the black water pipe for half an hour. They finally saw the sun again.

I saw this a forest, with shadows and a green grass in the middle. On the grass twenty steps away, there was a dilapidated forest hut.

Far from afar, nowhere, a room the size of a basketball court was filled with people. One wall of the room was filled with huge monitors.

The monitor shows three men and four women who have just walked out of the drain pipe.
