Chapter 5 Inside the Bridge
"The hovering power inspection has been completed and the position is stable."
“The momentum is increased to 8%.
"Prepare to set sail at full speed."
"Full Speed Mode, ready."
Everyone in the bridge had a clear job, and the whole work on hand was a whole air aircraft carrier. The aircraft carrier commander Maria Hill issued an order to others: "Electrical engines are turned on, and the emergency agreement of SHIELD No. 193.6 will begin."
Hill turned around and reported to Fury, who was standing in the middle of the bridge: "The aircraft carrier has reached the predetermined height, sir."
"Very good, let's disappear."
Fury looked at the blue sky outside the bridge and gave his instructions. Hill got the order and said to the others: "Open the reflector."
The reflector on the outside of the aircraft carrier is turned on and reflective begins to form, isolate all light sources and form a stealth mode. Only when you get close to you can discover the hidden aircraft carrier.
Fury turned around and looked at the people who came and said, "Hello, gentlemen, my name is Nick Fury." As he walked two steps ahead, Rogers took out the ten dollar bills and handed them to Fury. Number Zero, who was sitting in the seat, looked at the two of them strangely. Clark was nothing strange. Rogers and Fury bet that the former lost to the latter ten dollar bills.
Fury glanced at it and put the US dollar in his pocket.
Zero sat in the seat next to the round table, watching the S.H.E.L.D. staff working. Clark was the most eye-catching. He was different from those in plain clothes. He wore a blue battle suit with S printed on it. His appearance a month ago undoubtedly made many people remember him.
Fury walked up to Banner and stretched out his hand: "Thank you for coming, Doctor."
"Thank you for not doing anything randomly." Banner said a little helplessly, holding his hands with Fury.
"How long do I want to stay here?"
Fury promised: "As soon as you get the Rubik's Cube, you will be allowed to leave."
The people Fury is looking for are experts, the strongest and most dangerous people on the earth. One of them can be a big shot in a certain field. Banner is an expert in gamma rays. The Rubik's Cube itself has gamma rays, so it is not uncommon for Fury to come to him.
"How are you going?"
Banner's question, the following Colson answered: "We are scanning all the cameras, mobile phones, notebooks that can be read indefinitely. As long as we connect to satellites, we are our eyeliner."
"Just like the Prism Gate incident you caused a few years ago." Zero suddenly spoke.
Except for the S.H.I.E.L.D., everyone else felt that what Zero said made some sense. No matter how they listened to S.H.E.L.D.'s actions at this time seemed to be monitoring people on the Internet.
No one answered the words Zero positively, and Natasha interrupted the unpopular topic with other topics: "It's too late to find it."
Not to be arguing about anything, Banner, who wanted to leave early, agreed with Natasha's point of view: "You have to narrow down, how many spectrometers can you call?"
"As much as you want," Fury wrapped his hands, thinking it was great to find Banner.
"Contact the lab you found, put all the spectrometers on the roof, and calibrate the search for gamma rays." Banner said, taking off his coat. "I will draft a tracking algorithm based on cluster identification, at least a few areas can be excluded. Can I find a place to work for me?"
"Agent Romanov, please take Dr. Banner to his lab."
"It's all there, so you're satisfied with it, Doctor."
Natasha took Banner away, Fury walked to the round table and faced with Clark and Zero. Clark first asked, "I think it's unnecessary for you to come to me."
"No, some things are unpredictable, we must prepare in advance."
Zero said in a tone that was unrelated to one's own affairs: "What about me? Are you here to help you clear some unstable factors?"
Fury felt that Rogers and Banner were the easiest to get along with. The other two were like thorns, one of them could not be killed by any attack, and the other was a killer known as the Gun God. They had certain arrogance. It was understandable that they were ahead of everyone in the world.
"A few days ago, the laboratory where the Rubik's Cube was located was destroyed by a Loki's Asgardian, and the entire building was buried alive. Loki took the Rubik's Cube away, and his plan was quite big."
Clark knew that Loki took away the Rubik's Cube to open a passage through the Rubik's Cube and bring the Zitaris to the Earth to invade. He successfully brought the Zitaris to the Earth, but he was defeated in a disastrous defeat. The mother ship was bombed by a nuclear bomb, and all the robots that lost their power in Manhattan, New York died suddenly and their weapons also failed.
"Invite you to come here, you are gifted and your abilities are able to prevent possible disasters in time."
What Fury said is the same as the plot of the movie, and there is no difference in points. Inviting himself to come is his outstanding performance. His outstanding combat effectiveness will undoubtedly undergo a huge reversal when the Zitaris invades. He is the pioneer and main force of this war.
Clark glanced at Zero, and there was nothing different from what he thought, but he was more than he and this person called Zero. Clark couldn't help but look at Zero, and suddenly remembered that there was no Zero character from the Avengers from beginning to end. Zero remembered that he should be from the X-Men, but in the comics, there was a German, Asian, and Zero was East Asian, but unlike the one in the movie, the most important thing was that Zero in the movie had been killed by Wolverine in the last century. So who is this Zero?
Zero noticed Clark looking at him, shook his head and smiled, "Superman, do you look at me like this? Do you think of me a little like your friend, or it's completely like you?"
"I just think your name is very similar to a person I know, and in the end I confirm that you are not the person I know." Clark didn't reveal much to look at it.
Clark was interested in Fury's invitation to him and this number zero, "What are your abilities?"
Zero did not answer, and he used his actions to tell Clark what his ability was. Zero had no pistol in his right hand one second before, and the next second he held a pistol in his right hand. It was very fast. Clark's dynamic vision captured Zero's speed faster than the fastest gun draw in the world, only 0.1 second.
"As long as there is any object that can help the bullet refraction, I can get the bullet to hit the target I want, provided it is within range."
Zero smiled and put away the pistol. Clark began to know why Zero was hired. Such sharpshooters are what every army in the world wants. No one in S.H.I.E.D. can have Zero's speed and the marksmanship he mentioned. This person might be a mercenary or a murderer. He thought the most likely was the latter.
Fury took a peek at Clark and Zero, and breathed a sigh of relief. He was really afraid that these two people would have a dispute. To put it simply, the former could not defeat the strongest known existence in the world, and the latter had enough ammunition, which was a human weapon that could destroy a regiment. Together, the two were equivalent to a nuclear bomb.
I hope that what I hope does not happen. Fury prayed secretly in his heart, and after praying, he still made the worst plans. Fury always made good plans, two strategies to see what the process is.
